Came in for some work last week, and had to come in again this week to get an ordered part installed. Both times, no issues. And the video evaluations work really well. But I want to focus on the second follow up visit to get the part installed. I had scheduled an appointment and showed up early. I had to be while-you-wait. I didn't have time that day to drop off. I'm skeptical by nature and automatically get anxious about unforeseen delays. I always make a point to be super-polite, but the team could sense my time was limited. It felt like they put in a little extra hustle and got me out of there in just under an hour, including a quick car wash. No issues, no delays, fair price. I really appreciated that. Thank you. The only small critique I can offer is the EDM music played in the waiting area was too loud for me. I felt more comfortable waiting outside. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. Please keep up the good work!

One of the part I needed - I was forced to buy entire assembly for brake fluid reservoir (even though I only need a torn strainer) he recommended that I check out "after market " products - he even helped me to look up on google search. This dealership go above and beyond to help customers - from my buying experience back in 2022 and services and parts department. Kudos to Hello Mazda of Valencia. I am considering another Mazda car soon.

I bought a vehicle(Lexus RX350 F Sport AWD) here in March, 2026. It's a pre-owned vehicle and I had it less than a month and put less than 500 miles in it. I went to check the oil level and washer fluid (4/10/26) and at that moment I discovered the hood struts were shot. They would not hold the hood up. I reached out to Gregg(salesperson) and I told him the issue and he said to bring the vehicle in to have them check it out. I want to point out that I live about 65 miles away from this dealership and without traffic it usually takes 1hr and 15 minutes, with traffic close to 1hr 45mins. With that being said I took the car in today (4/11/26) and arrived there at around 9:15am and they took the car in and it took like 2hrs for them to come out and tell me that yes the struts were shot(shocker) but then Jack the service advisor told me the "good news" that they would cover half and I would cover the other half. My share would come to $450!! I just spent close to 30k on one of their vehicles and they refuse to replace a part that was more than likely overlooked before the vehicle was listed for sale! Keep in mind the car is also missing the cargo cover which they claim some cars come with it and others don't depending on the packages the vehicle is equipped with. My vehicle has almost every package except for the triple beam headlights and surround camera. That cargo cover alone is listed online for about $700. The car is also missing the owners manual (which is fine, you can download online) I just wasted 6 hours of my time for them to tell me they wouldn't cover it. Gregg is probably the only positive in this whole story as he offered to fill my vehicle before I left. Thank you Gregg for at least trying to make the whole situation a bit better. I give Gregg a 5 star rating but the whole dealer doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Absolutely unacceptable quality control for a "new" vehicle. When I pointed the damage out, the staff gave me two choices: either accept the damaged car and have it repaired at a Tesla collision center, or reorder another vehicle and wait another month or so with no loaner or accommodation. They even said I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for the repairs... as if that's supposed to make delivering a damaged brand new car okay. I decided to reorder because I wasn't going to accept a repaired vehicle as "new." I was also assured the VIN would immediately be removed from my Tesla app so I wouldn't be matched with the same car again. A few hours later, I got a notification to schedule pickup for the exact same damaged vehicle. The entire experience felt disorganized and careless. For a company this big and vehicles this expensive, the delivery experience and customer service should be far better.

Edwin L. stood out from the rest. From the moment we spoke on the phone, he was attentive and answered all my questions. It was our first time buying a BMW; so I had a lot. We live in LA, but decided to drive 33 miles to go to Valencia because of Edwin. The website had stock photos of the vehicle. Without me asking, he sent me photos. He was always a step ahead. There was a dealership that was 4 miles from us that had the same car, but Edwin's customer service won us over. He did not disappoint. We got a great deal, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Edwin!

    We had the worst experience with Valencia BMW. We purchased a 2024 X1 CPO here in Dec 2025 and we…read moredidn't receive the 2nd key until 5 weeks later. We have been calling and texting and it was extremely difficult to get a hold of the sales person and get a call back. Around the same time we noticed there is a sour mold smell coming from the car. We eventually figured out it is coming from the AC system. So we brought it to a different dealer close by who quoted us for over $400 AC cleaning and said it wasn't covered by the CPO. They told us since you've only had the car for 5 weeks they recommended we talk to Valencia BMW to help us out with this. It makes sense to me that we should expect a CPO car to not have a mold problem in the AC. I don't think this is too much to ask to perform a cleaning service to the HVAC system despite it not being covered by the CPO warranty. We tried to call Valencia every weekend but kept getting transferred to voicemail and never got a call back. We finally got the chance to talk to the manager today and he told us there is nothing he could do and we were offered a new air filter. So now we will be paying for an over $400 AC cleaning service on a car we just bought a few weeks ago to clean mold out of the air conditioning. It's a beautiful car but hopefully you don't mind it smelling like vinegar and old laundry! After the car is sold do not expect any service from this dealership. There is no care for customers after the sale takes place. DO NOT BUY FROM VALENCIA BMW! EVER!
