Ultimately, the company quit managing my property without notice, leaving me to deal with the situation on my own. While I appreciate that they found a tenant quickly, good property management involves much more than filling a vacancy. Communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and actually managing the property are equally important. They are all…read morerelated to each other and all their "contractors" (Johnny and Sons, particularly) are just handymen that work for them. I rented a higher end townhome from them in La Paloma. The house was INFESTED WITH RATS, had MOLD GROWING IN THE WALLS, and an old, decrepit AC that routinely broke down and created extremely high electric bills for me. I notified them of the sound of rats in the walls (see video) in early November, and they dragged their feet getting a guy in the attic space until January. The pest control guy said the attic was "full of rat shit". BTW, inhaling rat feces can lead to death (Hanta virus). Mold was discovered in master closet from a leak inside the wall. I had to pay for a mold inspector to come out. During remediation, rat feces and mold can be seen in the videos/pictures I'm attaching. Both my four year old son and I developed coughs and insomnia living here.. not sure if it was from the mold, rat feces, or both. To top it all off, they are now nitpicking over ridiculous things at move out, blaming me for weak water pressure in the kitchen. There is a hose spigot on the other side of the kitchen faucet wall that corroded due to 40 years of neglect and it just busted off. Johnny and sons then "jimmy rigged" the spigot, and the water pressure then nose dived in the kitchen (see corroded spigot). After all this headache (literal), they are now only giving me back half my rental deposit.. even though I left the house in immaculate condition (even paid to have carpets and floors professionally cleaned). Needless to say, I'm now taking them to court.

I think the problem was there were many foreclosures throughout the Rancho Del Lago community in previous years and HOA couldn't do much...with the return of the housing market...entire area is looking pretty good now since majority of the foreclosure wave is over. Additionally, Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago is listed as a 55+ community, but they allow 20% to be 45+....it was a great choice for my 48 year old wife and I empty nesters....great pools, hot tub, tennis courts, clubhouse (pool tables, cooking classes, events etc), and one of best features is the gym!

Our friend said hands down Nicole Brule-Fisher When we first started looking we were thinking second house. We exchanged emails with Nicole and made arrangements to drive and look at houses. Nicole spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options. There was one house that was amazing that she was able to show us before it even went on the MLS but it didn't have a place for a pool. (sad face) Nicole showed us a bunch of houses but nothing we were ready to pull the trigger on (this is the beginning of October). So we went home and Nicole started emailing us listings. There was one house that we wanted to see but we couldn't get away. Nicole went out and face timed us for a walk-through. Since we were relocating there wasn't urgency on our end. We were looking for a turnkey house that hit all our must haves. Anyway, my husband was on a quick trip to Tucson and I was in California when I went on Zillow and saw this sweet fixer upper in a great area. My husband called Nicole to see the property. I guess she was unavailable because she told him Nick would meet him at the property. Nick was great - he's unpretentious, friendly and knowledgable. We wrote an offer on the fixer and with their recommendation added an escalation clause. Our offer wasn't selected but became the backup offer. Anyway, all the stars aligned when the first party backed out and we got news that the sellers wanted to accept our offer. woot woot! The fixer didn't have everything we wanted but the location was so amazing and the price low enough that we decided to take on the project to get exactly what we wanted. I honestly didn't think we were in that headspace when we started looking. I really liked working with Nicole and was a bit bummed that we got kicked to Nick. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. Nick recommended contractors and inspectors so we could get things inspected during our 10 day inspection period. He really made this part of the transaction go smoothly. My husband and Nick did the final walk through. Nick was with us every step of the way. After the sale we got a notice from the city that we had a water leak. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us. The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended. There was some miscommunication that was really inconvenient especially around the holidays. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick if you are looking to buy a property in Tucson. They are both professional, unpretentious, and know the area extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with them and we appreciate all their time and care.
