I think the problem was there were many foreclosures throughout the Rancho Del Lago community in previous years and HOA couldn't do much...with the return of the housing market...entire area is looking pretty good now since majority of the foreclosure wave is over. Additionally, Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago is listed as a 55+ community, but they allow 20% to be 45+....it was a great choice for my 48 year old wife and I empty nesters....great pools, hot tub, tennis courts, clubhouse (pool tables, cooking classes, events etc), and one of best features is the gym!
