We met with them once or twice, emailed a few times and when the wedding day came they captured everything flawlessly and most importantly- they were like ninjas not in the way of guests, not in any of their photos or even in video! Most of our guests didn't even realize we had photographers until they did the photobooth at the end of the night (which I highly recommend doing, such funny shots!) Aside from getting phenomenal shots of our whole wedding, they are just a joy to be around, good at giving direction to that wandering family member when needed but also smiling and joking in between shots. They totally made us at ease in front of the camera and we were so comfortable having them there on a such a personal day!

Patrick and I met up months before the wedding and asked me what type of video I wanted. As an overwhelmed bride, I had no idea, he showed me what he had envisioned, gave me samples of music and even took a tour of our venue to see where he could get the best shots. On the day of the wedding, he showed up super early and brought his sweetheart Bre along as an extra shooter. They were both kind and professional. Got to know us better, so we were able to be comfortable in front of the cameras. My video was delivered on time, and gave me updates throughout the process. If you are looking for a photographer/videographer, look no further you have a wonderful team right here.

I used to work on rooftops about 20 years and 88 pounds ago, hauling buckets of emulsion in each…read morehand while climbing extension ladders, but about a year ago, I tried going up a mere nine feet to take a look at my home roof and couldn't do it. With my wife and infant daughter watching, I suddenly found myself extremely nervous, and the weight of my work boots caused enough creaks and shifts to send nervous gasps through them from the audible tension as the roof adjusted to my weight. Worse, as soon as I tried testing the firmness of the tiles under the weight of my work boot, I could feel the slightest shift and -- for the first time -- vertigo. Intellectually, I know that the roof is holding more than 1.25 tons of weight, but in the moment, my wife seemed to be holding considerably more. I made a decision to get down and find another solution. Desert Drones was affordable, professional, and thorough -- better still, they conducted the entire roof inspection without ever needing to prop a ladder or touch a shaky tile. Their technician did several comprehensive sweeps of my roof in just a few minutes, with a dynamic range of video and still shots. Best of all, he walked me through the pictures so that we could inspect any trouble spots together, explaining the various types of tile conditions, mud caps, vents, and tree debris on my roof and any impact. Afterwards, he sent me a full report with pictures and diagrams explaining the trouble areas so that I can hire a roofer to touch up any areas and giving me the tangible proof I need to secure a fair estimate. I will definitely hire them again in the future before buying a new house, and I am strongly recommending them throughout my neighborhood for both home and tree inspections due to an outbreak of mistletoe. In short, I couldn't have had a better experience!

I cannot begin to express how wonderful our experience was with Sergio. Not only were his photos…read morebeautiful, but he was a joy to work with from our engagement shoot to the wedding and even afterwards. He took time to get to know us as people, not just as clients. We felt cared about, prioritized, and part of the photography process. In preparation for our engagement shoot, he asked if we had any special ideas of what we'd like to do for the shoot. He gave a few ideas but emphasized that it should be something reflective of who we are as a couple. We ended up doing a really fun powder paint "fight" and it was so much fun! Sergio is great at helping people loosen up and have fun in front of the camera! My husband and I joke about our engagement shoot- Sergio coaching us on how to relax a bit... his first suggestion was that my husband do 5 push-ups! We had a great laugh and Sergio actually snuck in a shot of this happening! He quickly became well-known by our wedding party as the gumby-legged photographer who would get into any ninja position to get the best shot. One of the most special aspects of Sergio's photography is that it doesn't just capture the moments from your wedding day. It also captures the feelings in those moments. When my husband and I were looking at photographers' portfolios, what stood out to us with Sergio's was that he didn't just take hundreds of pictures of the bride and groom. He caught the little moments, things that probably nobody else noticed. My dad doing a little funky dance by himself, my husband's best friend whispering something in his ear, my sister spraying medicine in my throat (since I lost my voice that morning). Silly little details that don't seem significant at all, but in looking back helps remember how special that day felt. We have stunning portrait photos from the wedding, but more importantly we also have hundreds of photos of our family and friends. I didn't realize until it happened, but your wedding day is surreal, because there's no other time when all of the most important people in your life are in the same place at the same time. I am so glad we had Sergio with us, because he knew how important it was to us to capture that and preserve it forever. 100 stars. Everything we could've hoped for.
