I told her that I'd had driven Casper, WY to Kearney and had many bug splatters which didn't come off. She said that if I needed to use my nail to scrape the bugs off their system would not work because they use soft clothes only My question was I belong to Jetsplash and they have attendants that spray down your windshield before entering the car wash and attendants when you exit why can't Tommy use this system

Very disappointed with my experience with Rocket Car Wash. I…read moresigned up during a promotional period based on the offer that was advertised. When it came time to cancel, I found out how difficult it is to actually get anything resolved. I reached out about the issue and was told they never received a formal cancellation letter. The problem is, I had already called and spoken directly with a manager, who told me I would be getting a refund. Despite that conversation, getting the cancellation and refund taken care of has been extremely frustrating. It's hard to trust a company when the promotion gets you in the door, but then the cancellation process becomes a completely different story. If the terms of a promotion are going to be advertised a certain way, customers should be able to rely on what they were told. On top of all of that, the car wash damaged the paint on my vehicle. I trusted them with my car and did not expect to leave with damage that I now have to deal with. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and I'm now out over 60$ for services I did not use. Between the concerns with the promotion, the difficulty cancelling, being told by a manager that I would receive a refund, and having my vehicle's paint damaged at the car wash, I have a hard time trusting this company or recommending it to anyone else. Customers should not have to fight to get a membership cancelled and a promised refund, especially after already dealing with damage to their vehicle. Read other reviews.. they say the same thing..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I…read moream extremely disappointed with my experience here and will not be returning. I purchased an express car wash, and when I went to vacuum and wipe down my car afterward, the bottom trim on the passenger side came off. Luckily, I was able to slide that piece back into place. However, while cleaning the front of my car, I noticed that a piece of the chrome trim was completely missing. I immediately brought it to an employee's attention. She went to look for it and came back with the chrome trim broken into two separate pieces. She asked if I wanted to file a damage claim, and I said yes. She then told me that because my car is more than 10 years old, they normally would not allow me to file a claim, but that she would make an exception. After waiting in my car, a different employee came out and told me they would not be doing anything about the damage and simply handed me the two broken pieces. When I told her I would never be coming back, her response was, "That's fine." That response alone says a lot about the level of customer service here. My issue is not just that my car was damaged--it is how poorly the entire situation was handled afterward. If a customer brings in a vehicle with its trim intact and leaves with pieces of it broken off, I would expect at the very least some concern and professionalism from the staff. To make matters worse, the actual car wash did a terrible job. I ended up having to basically hand-clean the exterior afterward because so much was still dirty. I paid to have my car cleaned, and instead I left with broken trim, a car that still needed to be cleaned, and some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

I'm not blaming Southside, I'm just pointing out that this particular type of carwash won't get your car completely clean. Again, this is just where the technology is, if you want a really good washing I would advise using one of the self-service bays or some other carwash that scrubs these areas. Water jets don't really do the trick.
