Instead of looking at the code and trying to diagnose what would cause it, they started changing out spark plugs (not with the recommended OEM spark plugs either), They have now got his car to throw different codes, which tells me they did not take it for a drive to confirm they fixed the issue. The layout is biggest factor. Having the vacuums placed on the way into the wash leads to you trapped by a long line of cars waiting to get in the wash. The vacuums themselves are low suction. This layout also does not support a good place for detailing your car. The other locations have sorted this issue and have a much improved overall experience.
