It takes you on a belt so you don't have to drive just sit in neutral and listen to music. They also flash colorful lights which is kind of neat. When it came time to cancel, I found out how difficult it is to actually get anything resolved. I reached out about the issue and was told they never received a formal cancellation letter. The problem is, I had already called and spoken directly with a manager, who told me I would be getting a refund. Despite that conversation, getting the cancellation and refund taken care of has been extremely frustrating. It's hard to trust a company when the promotion gets you in the door, but then the cancellation process becomes a completely different story. If the terms of a promotion are going to be advertised a certain way, customers should be able to rely on what they were told. On top of all of that, the car wash damaged the paint on my vehicle. I trusted them with my car and did not expect to leave with damage that I now have to deal with. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and I'm now out over 60$ for services I did not use. Between the concerns with the promotion, the difficulty cancelling, being told by a manager that I would receive a refund, and having my vehicle's paint damaged at the car wash, I have a hard time trusting this company or recommending it to anyone else. Customers should not have to fight to get a membership cancelled and a promised refund, especially after already dealing with damage to their vehicle. Read other reviews.. they say the same thing..

I purchased an express car wash, and when I went to vacuum and wipe down my car afterward, the bottom trim on the passenger side came off. Luckily, I was able to slide that piece back into place. However, while cleaning the front of my car, I noticed that a piece of the chrome trim was completely missing. I immediately brought it to an employee's attention. She went to look for it and came back with the chrome trim broken into two separate pieces. She asked if I wanted to file a damage claim, and I said yes. She then told me that because my car is more than 10 years old, they normally would not allow me to file a claim, but that she would make an exception. After waiting in my car, a different employee came out and told me they would not be doing anything about the damage and simply handed me the two broken pieces. When I told her I would never be coming back, her response was, "That's fine." That response alone says a lot about the level of customer service here. My issue is not just that my car was damaged--it is how poorly the entire situation was handled afterward. If a customer brings in a vehicle with its trim intact and leaves with pieces of it broken off, I would expect at the very least some concern and professionalism from the staff. To make matters worse, the actual car wash did a terrible job. I ended up having to basically hand-clean the exterior afterward because so much was still dirty. I paid to have my car cleaned, and instead I left with broken trim, a car that still needed to be cleaned, and some of the worst customer service I have experienced. My car always comes out very clean and I love that they always have plenty of trash cans and vacuums available. They have great hours, and are usually open, even in winter.

The layout is biggest factor. Having the vacuums placed on the way into the wash leads to you trapped by a long line of cars waiting to get in the wash. The vacuums themselves are low suction. This layout also does not support a good place for detailing your car. The other locations have sorted this issue and have a much improved overall experience.
