My concern is that vehicles with rocks embedded in mud could easily transfer those rocks to the cloth brushes which could cause damage to the next vehicle(s) to go through the tunnel. The pull chain system is also kinda cheesy. It's design doesn't seem to allow the smooth transition of vehicles from drive to neutral, which makes the ride less smooth for people already in the tunnel. I was also disappointed to see that they do not manually wipe down your car after, which is another service offered by JetSplash. The vacuums had good suction and I appreciated the two different nozzle options for hard to reach areas. My car is pretty clean but has some water spots which a hand dry would have prevented. Final thoughts:you can get a better wash for a comparable price elsewhere.

The problem is, I had already called and spoken directly with a manager, who told me I would be getting a refund. Despite that conversation, getting the cancellation and refund taken care of has been extremely frustrating. It's hard to trust a company when the promotion gets you in the door, but then the cancellation process becomes a completely different story. If the terms of a promotion are going to be advertised a certain way, customers should be able to rely on what they were told. On top of all of that, the car wash damaged the paint on my vehicle. I trusted them with my car and did not expect to leave with damage that I now have to deal with. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and I'm now out over 60$ for services I did not use. Between the concerns with the promotion, the difficulty cancelling, being told by a manager that I would receive a refund, and having my vehicle's paint damaged at the car wash, I have a hard time trusting this company or recommending it to anyone else. The layout is biggest factor. Having the vacuums placed on the way into the wash leads to you trapped by a long line of cars waiting to get in the wash. The vacuums themselves are low suction. This layout also does not support a good place for detailing your car. The other locations have sorted this issue and have a much improved overall experience.
