Very disappointed with my experience with Rocket Car Wash. I signed up during a promotional period based on the offer that was advertised. When it came time to cancel, I found out how difficult it is to actually get anything resolved. I reached out about the issue and was told they never received a formal cancellation letter. The problem is, I had already called and spoken directly with a manager, who told me I would be getting a refund. Despite that conversation, getting the cancellation and refund taken care of has been extremely frustrating. It's hard to trust a company when the promotion gets you in the door, but then the cancellation process becomes a completely different story. If the terms of a promotion are going to be advertised a certain way, customers should be able to rely on what they were told. On top of all of that, the car wash damaged the paint on my vehicle. I trusted them with my car and did not expect to leave with damage that I now have to deal with. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and I'm now out over 60$ for services I did not use. Between the concerns with the promotion, the difficulty cancelling, being told by a manager that I would receive a refund, and having my vehicle's paint damaged at the car wash, I have a hard time trusting this company or recommending it to anyone else. Customers should not have to fight to get a membership cancelled and a promised refund, especially after already dealing with damage to their vehicle. Read other reviews.. they say the same thing.. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and will not be returning. I purchased an express car wash, and when I went to vacuum and wipe down my car afterward, the bottom trim on the passenger side came off. Luckily, I was able to slide that piece back into place. However, while cleaning the front of my car, I noticed that a piece of the chrome trim was completely missing. I immediately brought it to an employee's attention. She went to look for it and came back with the chrome trim broken into two separate pieces. She asked if I wanted to file a damage claim, and I said yes. She then told me that because my car is more than 10 years old, they normally would not allow me to file a claim, but that she would make an exception. After waiting in my car, a different employee came out and told me they would not be doing anything about the damage and simply handed me the two broken pieces. When I told her I would never be coming back, her response was, "That's fine." That response alone says a lot about the level of customer service here. My issue is not just that my car was damaged--it is how poorly the entire situation was handled afterward. If a customer brings in a vehicle with its trim intact and leaves with pieces of it broken off, I would expect at the very least some concern and professionalism from the staff. To make matters worse, the actual car wash did a terrible job. I ended up having to basically hand-clean the exterior afterward because so much was still dirty. I paid to have my car cleaned, and instead I left with broken trim, a car that still needed to be cleaned, and some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I absolutely would not recommend this company. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! The cloth dryer mechanism at the end of the carwash snagged my wiper blade and broke both the wiper blade and the wiper assembly arm. I have filed a complaint with BBB but they already have a score of F from BBB. I wish I knew this before obtaining the $0.01 membership trial. That $0.01 cost me over $200! NEVER AGAIN! read more

Outside Windows did not get wiped down still spotty. Rear view mirror was not cleaned at all. Front and back Windows really smudged. Hard to see the smudges until driving into the sun. Paid almost $70 with tip. And it looks horrible. read more

I've previously been a member of rocket in Omaha. Today in Lincoln they wouldn't let me go through because I have a small luggage rack on top of my car. This was after I waited 20 minutes to even be helped. Tommy is down the street. Accommodated me with no questions asked I do not recommend this location. read more

The Rocket at Williamsburg is outstanding. I was with Russel Speeders in Omaha for several years, and was loyal to them, but the "new" one at 84th and Pioneers in Lincoln is a disappointment. I shopped around and had washes in several other washes here, and the Rocket at Williamsburg is by far best, in my opinion. My truck and car both came out at the end of the line actually looking newer. Is it the quality of wax they use? No, clue, but I'm staying here. read more

will never go back to rocket car was o took my suv through rocket car wash and it put swirl marks and scratches all over the hood doors side panels, and on the roof it was so bad that It took the clear coat and in some spots even down to the primer. I got ahold a of rocket car wash and told them aboit it they took a shitty tablet to "document" the damage and take pictures, didn't hear from them for a month. then they came back and said there's no way that it happened from there wash and that it was from dust and road debris's from driving on the interstate.. if I could I would give them less than 0 stars read more

My wife and I have been members of Rocket Car Wash for more than a year, however the past several times I've gone through the wash, it failed to recognize my license plate. So today I asked an employee to help me figure out what was going on. It turns out they somehow had changed our account so my wife's license plate number was on both accounts. They seemed to not have any clue what to do, and a line was backing up, so they sent me through for a "rocket wash", then the car wash itself stopped working half-way through the wash. At this point I'm simply going to cancel our memberships and try another car wash. They have completely dropped the ball. read more

I tried Rocket Carwash for the first time today. We've been traveling and there were a lot of bugs on the front of the car and we had also been parked where there were a lot of flies. What a waste, doesn't look like I even went through the car wash today as it's still covered in bug debris and fly poop. read more

Y'all this place is overpriced unless you have a membership. I paid $17 plus with tax wanted to try it out and see. Car wash was middle tier not the basic one, it didn't even clean the hood of my car. The guy said the basic would not get my suv size clean so I'm like okay whatever I'll upgrade, boy was I wrong. Highly recommend not coming here. Did I forget to mention, My car is still dirty. Pushy sales rep, I should have known and backed out. read more

So expensive! Had to go thru twice to get most of the bugs from the windshield but still not all. After paying so much money, they do not towel dry. Literally the worst car wash I've ever been to. read more

These guys are crooks, they had a guy standing outside holding a sign saying free car wash. When I drove in to get it, the guy said, we are not giving free car washes. I said the guy standing by the street is holding a sign saying free car wash. He said, NO, we are not giving free car wash. Then he wanted me to sign up for some scam. I WILL NEVER GO TO ROCKET CAR WASH. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. read more

Tried their free car wash with my Ford pickup at the Andermatt Dr location. My truck is stock and fairly new. The rotating dryer at the end of the car wash immediately broke off my antenna. I have gone through probably a 100 Jet splash car washes without an incident. They denied fixing my antenna. Manager at the time of the incident told my that they had multiple incidents of that happening. Some antennas were completely torn off. Their claims manager stated that Ford antennas should be removed before entering the car wash. Wow, what a poor response. The problem is their rotating dryer at the end of the wash is way to aggressive. Even without this incident, Jet Splash is a better car wash for about the same money. read more

It has taken me 4 tries in person and on the phone to cancel my membership. My truck comes out worse than when it went in ,no real rinse to speak of . I am absolutly un satisfied . I just spent another 15 minutes on hold we will see if they quit charging my card . read more

If you sign up for the membership, you have to cancel via phone which was a long wait and DO IT 7 DAYS BEFORE THE RENEWAL so you don't get charged again. read more

One cannot just get a car wash -- it's harassment until you buy a membership and I never buy one...so it takes a long time to run the gauntlet. Then my car does not come out clean. How is that possible after a $30 car wash. Then they don't have enough stalls to vacuum the inside and they tell you to leave if you try to wait for a spot. They are just rude. read more

Not your best option in Lincoln. The young man who took my money was polite; however, he was also unmasked and only about 1 foot from my face through my car window. The top tier wash was about $24. I was disappointed to see that, unlike Jet Splash, they don't manually spray down your car. My concern is that vehicles with rocks embedded in mud could easily transfer those rocks to the cloth brushes which could cause damage to the next vehicle(s) to go through the tunnel. The pull chain system is also kinda cheesy. It's design doesn't seem to allow the smooth transition of vehicles from drive to neutral, which makes the ride less smooth for people already in the tunnel. I was also disappointed to see that they do not manually wipe down your car after, which is another service offered by JetSplash. The vacuums had good suction and I appreciated the two different nozzle options for hard to reach areas. My car is pretty clean but has some water spots which a hand dry would have prevented. Final thoughts:you can get a better wash for a comparable price elsewhere. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ROCKET CAR WASH!!! I purchased a new car last year and have 2 small children and was having a tough time keeping it looking new. Since finding Rocket car wash it is back to looking nice and new. I give this company 5 stars!!!! read more

This has to be the worst carwash i have ever been too, the service over there are super bad and the workers are not even professional and not caring, If you do want to get a carwash i strongly recommend you to head somewhere else because if your vehicle gets any type of damage they are not responsible for it and i just strongly suggest anyone to avoid it for your own sake!!! read more

I didn't want a membership, but person kept pushing to sell one. I tried to be polite, but they kept pushing for a membership. Finally they let me get a wash , but they would not let me use a towel to wipe off the car because I wasn't a member. Never going back. read more

"This business scams people to get monthly memberships. You can tell they have issues when you wait on hold over 40 mins to talk to a customer service rep." My son went to Rocket Car Wash for a car wash. As he went through he was presented with the option for a monthly membership. Which he told them NO, he just wanted a car wash, which he paid for on March 15th, around $11. The person told him they would just sign him up for a free month. Again he said I just want a car wash. However, he had to sign and initial a form to get the free month, which they were insisting. He had already said no to the membership. He is a college student making $12,75 an hr working 12 hrs a week. Seriously would he want a membership. NO! So a few weeks later April 15th $28 comes out of his checking acct, which is very noticeable when you don't make a lot of money. He called and explained to them what had happened. They said they would get back with him. He ended up having to call back because no one returned his call. When he called back they said because he initialed and signed the form they couldn't refund the $28. I was trying to have him handle this as a young adult. I was shocked they wouldn't refund him such a small amount $28, which is a lot of $$ to him. They did cancel the membership. Big deal right. He didn't want it to begin with. So I decided to call. I was 3rd in line and on hold for at least 40 minutes. Why would a car wash need that much time for customer service calls. Well I think we all know. The free car wash is a scam, the free month of membership is obviously a scam, and they sign you up for a membership. Unfortunately my young son wasn't wise enough to realize he was being taken advantage of. I am so disappointed a business operates this way. I told the manager I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This business scams people. read more

Signed up for a $9.99 membership, they charged me $37.53 instead. I called to identify the mistake and request a refund. They said they'd billed everyone wrong that month. Twenty days later, they still have not provided a refund. Spoke to the same rep again who said it will take 7-10 days to get a refund. It's been 20, they are asking for another 10 days on top of that. They blamed it on IT issues and said it's out of their control. They shouldn't be trusted with payment systems if they can't bill appropriately and fix their mistakes in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Car was does not get bugs off your hood or do much for your rims. Biggest issue is their communication. I just wanted a free month and they tell you one thing when signing up and it does not match up when cancelling. Had to pay an extra month for sub par washes. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! My wife signed up for their unlimited wash in August 2021 and then cancelled in October 2021. Since then they have billed me for both November and December of 2021. Another interesting point, when I called today they said the car went thru their wash on two dates in December; IMPOSSILBE, BECAUSE I WAS IN MONTANA WITH THE VEHICLE!! This place simply try's to cheat you every step of the way. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Don't go here....I wish there was a rating lower than 1. The car behind me rear ended me inside the car wash and this appears to be a recurring theme according to the Next Door app. They stopped the system briefly and then restarted it. When I drove out I assumed I would be greeted by someone to check to make sure I was okay and what the damage was and to discuss with the guy who hit me. None of that happened. I tried to stop the guy who hit me and he said it was not his fault and drove off. No plates. When I then went to ask the manager on duty about it he did pull up video. They were more concerned with whether or not it was their fault than to do anything about it. They suggested I file a claim with my insurance company and I would hear from the corp regional manager soon. Call never happened. I could go on and on, but don't go here..... I would recommend Tommy's Express or Jet Splash! read more

I put my car through their wash and the cover for my antenna was knocked off and they refused to do anything about it they haven't paid me anything I got an estimate for the repair and I gave it to them a copy and there has been no action on their part I have gone back twice to their location to try to talk to a manager they just take my name and phone number each time say someone will contact me and I never have gotten a call I will never ever ever take my car to this car wash again and I advise other people not to go there because if any damage happens to your car good luck in getting them to take care of it for you. I would give them a negative star if it was possible!! read more
