This is one of my favorite locations because they offer a "FAST PASS" lane. I just wish the area to merge into it was closer to make the line super short but anything is better than nothing. You can get a "fast pass" to go with your month package for 5 bucks. But the fast pass lane is also for those paying with debit or credit card too. As for the wash, they always do a really great job at this location. The staff is friendly and when I pull up they always call me by name. When you have a month package you don't need any stubs or anything as they go by your license plate making it very hassle free. My car always comes out very clean and I love that they always have plenty of trash cans and vacuums available. They have great hours, and are usually open, even in winter. read more

I had a good amount of mud on my truck from being on muddy dirt roads after the last couple weeks of rain. I was told I had excessive mud, so I bought the 20 dollar wash. They brought in a couple more guys to pre wash my truck with the pressure washers. Went through got done and my truck was still dirty and the wheel wells were caked with mud. Took me about two minutes with my hands to get the mud off the wheel wells. So basically I spent 20 bucks to watch lazy teenagers snicker at my dirty truck then had to clean it myself. To top it off the vacuums weren't working. Sincerly the guy that wont ever use you again. read more

i personally think Jet Splash has the best car wash experience. For starters there's always been a cheerful cashier to greet you. There are many options to choose but only those behind get impatient. The cashier does a great job explaining Once you start into the wash you have a person on each side of your vehicle to blast the heavy soil off. That's a good thing because you want the brushes to stay 'abrasive free' as possible. There's always ample amount of soap and chemicals to get the job done.Then there's the jet gloss.... Adds a great shine. To top it all off is a 'crew' to towel dry the top-side. You can even opt to have the door jams dried. All within 15-20 minutes at a great price! Now compare that to doing it on your own or to any other 'wash' system out there. Jet Splash is win for me! read more

After visiting another car wash in town that didn't even get half of the dirt and bugs off of my car, this place was a breath of fresh air. I was very impressed with the hand drying service, vacuum, and air compressor that were provided free of additional charge (the first car wash I went to required an additional fee for this service). I spent $9 here and got WAY more from this service than the $13 I spent at another location. Only thing I would improve about Jet Splash would be to provide window cleaner and rags for customer use on the inside of the car. read more

The menu for the car wash is confusing. They need to keep it simple and to the point for people to understand.

Went through the car wash expecting a normal car wash per usual. Got home to find the hood of my truck scratched in places I cannot even reach. Took the truck back and talked to Brenton. Was told the cameras in the car wash were covered in salt and he couldn't see anything. Which makes me question the cleanliness of the car wash and if salt is being brushed all over the cars. If not that, then some sort of debris is causing this issue. Nothing was done and told to "have a good day". Very disappointed and upset by this experience. I just wanted a car wash, now I get to fix scratches. read more

We came in with our brand new car (it has 900 Miles) to get a wash and left with a long scratch on the car. We came back immediately not even hours after noticing and informed them. They asked us to come back at 9 am after thanksgiving which we did, and the manager Ronny blamed it on "sap" when it was so clearly an exact straight scratch that occurred from a machine. Not only did he not help at all and was rude but 'Ronny' would not even give us his full name or any other contact information to help resolve the issue. Then he calls us back AFTER we left bc we told him we would find ways to share our negative experience either on social media or small claims court, to offer to buff it out (but would not guarantee that if it caused more damage, he wouldn't take responsibility). This car wash was $25 w a $5 tip and this is the poor level of service and accountability we got. Its businesses like this that shouldn't survive and employees like 'Ronny' that ruin a brand. Do NOT go here, there are many car washes down the street. read more

Went through Jet Splash on N 27th St to get our new car washed when our windshield received a tiny crack from flying debris then causing it to spider throughout the windshield. The manager Ronnie said it wasn't their fault they have nothing that can cause that to happen and refused to take care of the problem. Avoid using using Jet Splash at all cost. Don't come here it left scratches up and down my truck. From the hood to the roof it is covered in deep scratches. I called not even 10 minutes of leaving once I realized, they had me come back just to tell me " theres no way this is from our machine". They then tried to tell me "maybe it's from some one sitting on my truck and sliding down". Which makes no sense, I will never be back to any jet splash and I suggest you learn from the many people who have had this same problem with them and stay away! read more

Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. This place is a joke. Pay out your ass for a car wash just to have your vehicle damaged. Bought a new Tahoe that was just fully detailed and super clean til going to this crappy car wash. Now my rain guard over my window is damn near cracked in half and I have scratches going down the side of my hood and front fender. Went back to show them and they say the scratches couldn't have happened there cuz the swirls don't go yhe same way as their brushes. The brushes cover the whole damn suv and go multiple different directions when turning. They say the rain guard is not their problem they don't cover those. Screw them! Worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. The general manager has zero customer service skills!! I had a mark down the rear quarter panel of my car and just wanted it buff out or something. What I was told is this could never have happened here and he's seen it all. Well its a brand new car less than 1000 miles on it and it was the first car wash I've taken this too. I drove from Chicago directly home to Lincoln so there was no possible time this could have happened. His lack of any accountability was what frustrated me I wasn't looking for money I just wanted it taken care of. Had this man had any level of customer service skills he could have resolved this matter. He choose not to provide assistance instead just stated over and over how it could never happen. Apparently he's seen ever possible scenario for damage through his car wash. This could have been resolved in a much more effective and professional way. I'll never use this place again and I will be sure to pass on my displeasure with this company to all my friends and family. Also being a vet I'll make sure to reach out to all the service members and vets like myself to ensure they know not to waste their time, money and effort on this establishment. read more

I find it very frustrating that I pay extra monthly fees for the fast track lane and for months the gate is always up on the window lane preventing me to go forward. The clerk is usually slowly dealing with a customer setting up an account, getting credit card numbers or payment. The girls usually ignore looking over as I wait several minutes till shes done dealing with them and they go thru then fast lane gate finally goes up. I can see waiting when both lanes are busy and alternating turns is normal. But to drive up with the window gate always up and holding up the lane, then why am I paying extra to be able to skip that wait? It makes me want to go somewhere else. read more
