Got there at 5p on a Saturday night. Good news, we just snapped the metal band inside the tire. They had us in and out with 2 new tires in an hour. Not only that, thoroughly went through the suspension and undercarriage to make sure we were OK. They gave great advice, said be careful and sent us on our way with good wishes. An (online) appointment, few calls and texts, and a trip in on Sunday/left there overnight Sunday for arriving tires Monday morning and it was done. They called at 8:30 am Monday morning to give me the status of tires and car, I thought. No, it was to tell me the car was ready to go!! They did everything in their power to make it happen--and it did. They are amazing!! Our family is enjoying my son's visit now. Love their free "courtesy checks" of the car, too. When I described the problem to a staff member, he stated I'd have to go to the dealership, based on what I had described to him over the phone. Without going into great detail, he wouldn't even consider that the problem could be handled by 6 to 6 without having to take it to a dealership. I expected him to offer to have me bring it in so they could at least look at it, but he seemed unwilling to have 6 to 6 even attempt to resolve the issue. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service from a shop I'd been relying on for years. I've found a new repair shop, but I'm really sorry to have to end my customer relationship with 6 to 6 Auto Service. Perhaps they can afford to lose customers over the poor customer service provided by one employee who apparently doesn't understand how to accommodate a client.
