I was coming to Lincoln from out of state on a Thursday and needed my 2008 Chevy truck checked out due to the check engine light being on. Called them that morning and Steve said bring it in, got there by 2:30 PM. Dean met me at the door, took my info and off I went. Less than an hour later, got the call what the issue was and gave Steve the thumbs up to repair it. The glowplug was replaced and I got the call 45 minutes after, saying it was repaired. So, within 2 hours of delivering my truck there, it was fixed! GREAT service, fitting me in as I needed this truck back by Saturday since I was headed home on Sunday. I had a shockiingly unexpected car problem. Being new to Lincoln, I just had to cross my fingers and trust the reviews I found online that 6 to 6 would take care of me. I was blown away. Dean took such amazing car of me. He quickly diagnosed the issue, matter-of-factly gave me my options, and unselfishly and unhurriedly helped me once I'd made my decision. Let me tell you, when you hear "new car or new engine" it takes your feet out from under you. But he helped me get my equilibrium and make a solid and well educated decision. I went in for a tune-up and induction service for my '06 Impala (about 200k miles). As always, These guys, as always, did a great job. The car acts like it's 100k miles younger! I trust 6 to 6 for routine maintenance, or for the big stuff. They never make me feel like I need to get everything done - Steve always provides recommendations based on inspection from the guys, and gives a clear explanation of why they make that recommendation, and let me decide what I will and won't do. Faaaabulous people and efficient service. My sister and I were traveling across the country when our truck started rattling. We were on a time crunch and stuck half way to our destination. Other mechanic shops had us waiting hours and told us our truck was done for without even looking at it. We sought a second opinion at 6to6 where we met Steve and Tyler! Super friendly and quick service! I usually prefer local autoshops verus franchised ones because I find that to be competitive the small shops always provide high quality service. They checked other aspects of my car and went through and explained the check-up report with me. Took my car in for what I thought was the thermostat, they found the actual problem and didn't just replace the thermostat. Super professional and very friendly staff, gave me a ride home and picked me up when they finished my car. I called back and asked questions after I left and they were very helpful in answering all my questions. Very detailed diagnostic report that was explained to me when I had questions. The customer service was excellent. Cheryl at the front desk was very helpful. My vehicle started having major issues while I was in Lincoln for an appointment. I live three hours from Lincoln, so I had no idea where to go for repairs. Very honest guys! I asked them to service my rear brakes as they were squealing- they found that the pads were fine and just made some minor adjustments. I also appreciate that they don't overtorque your lug nuts like a lot of other places do. I highly recommend this place! read more

Definitely recommend! My side mirror got hit and the mirror part of it popped out. I had other people look at it and try to get it to pop back in but they weren't able to even though nothing was technically broken. 6 to 6 got it fixed in two minutes at no charge. read more
