Instead of looking at the code and trying to diagnose what would cause it, they started changing out spark plugs (not with the recommended OEM spark plugs either), They have now got his car to throw different codes, which tells me they did not take it for a drive to confirm they fixed the issue. They called at 8:30 am Monday morning to give me the status of tires and car, I thought. No, it was to tell me the car was ready to go!! They did everything in their power to make it happen--and it did. They are amazing!! Our family is enjoying my son's visit now. Love their free "courtesy checks" of the car, too.
