Worst customer service! Christi has an awful attitude for someone who is supposed to be…read morerepresenting your company! I came in with the $10 off $25 purchase coupon & she acted annoyed immediately when i handed it to her. Then when I noticed something rang up different from the shelf tag she copped an enormous attitude & told me it didn't matter as I was already getting $10 off. I asked her to check with the manager who was thankfully very kind & adjusted the price and I let him know that it was appreciated. Then as I'm paying she rudely tells me that I was taking advantage of the situation! What?! I told her I did not appreciate her attitude & she sarcastically said she was just reciprocating! So she admitted she was being rude to me on purpose! Then when I asked her about stamping the green stamp paper she said very aggressively -"definitely not", because she had bagged my stuff & i used a credit card! I had specifically told her I would grab my own box when she was ringing me up and at no point did I tell her to use a bag! I was being so patient with her snarky attitude until that point & then I was done! I told her I wanted to lodge a complaint with the manager & that set her off even more! I could tell the manager didn't really care, he looked tired. No apology for how i was treated, barely any acknowledgement. Beyond disappointing customer service! I have only been in 2 times previously, but this is definitely my last time shopping here! There are too many other stores that I would rather spend my money! I don't deserve to be spoken to & treated like that! If you don't want people to come in & use the coupons, then don't waste the money advertising & printing them in the paper for people to use! You may want to reconsider having someone like Christi interacting with customers if you want to stay in business. You have definitely lost my family's business! 5/29/25. 5:45pm

The couple that own/run this clean and organized business are helpful, pleasant, and grateful. They have a good selection of legumes, rice, spices, frozen foods (like frozen paneer if you're feeling lazy), papadam, pickles, chutneys, a small variety of fresh veggies, tubers and herbs as well as lots of dried, canned and jarred items. The prices are fair and some things are a really good deal, like 3 bunches of green onions for 99 cents. We are lucky to have this little treasure in Lincoln. I would like to see a few Ayurvedic products, especially toothpaste and maybe a few interesting gift items, cards, stationary, fabric/textiles, natural baskets, small bangles etc...but I also realize there is a lot of money in inventory that can be on the shelves with no guarantee it will sell. It would also be awesome if they sold some local ghee, like Branched Oak Farms ghee...or buffalo ghee.

She was soooo nice. I definately would go back there again

They stock dried tamarind pods, piloncillo, an entire aisle of hot sauce, and the necessary items for your next recipe. There's a hefty fresh and frozen meat selection, and a modest amount of pre-cooked meats as well. This is between Nevería Arcoiris and a Pan Dulce shop, so you can even pick up dessert on your trip!
