This review is based on my experience. A Nice stop for some fresh food. The salad bar looks small…read morewhen you walk in, but it's a nice variety and fresh option. You can go through once or you can order all you can eat. They have two fresh soup options included that the lady working there makes herself. I happened to stop on a day they had vegetable beef soup or Goulash. I ordered the salad bar and my husband ordered the club sandwich. The salad and goulash were both so good! Such a nice change from a quick burger or chicken sandwich at the food chains along the way. Celeste took great care of us. It felt great to get out of the car for a reset also. Air conditioning was nice and cold.

I was borrowing someone's car, so I figured I would use my 25 cents Fuel Rewards discount. The regular price for gas was $2.89, but I only paid $2.64 per gallon. It totally beats the $3.94 per gallon I was paying out in California!!! So ridiculous!!! It was super cold. I parked, got my gas, and left just as the name of this station... Speedee! They have 8 pumps here, so it was not crowded when I came by here. My only issue was that this car has the gas tank on the other side of the car than what I am used to. So I had to turn around in the snow infested drive areas. But there was so much space to maneuver around this property. It was easy. In the future, when I am in Lincoln, I will always get my gas here. Next time I come through here, I will go inside the Mart part to see what they have to offer!

Parking lot has large pot holes, cracked concrete & no actual marked spaces. The parking lot is not…read morethat safe, due to the way trucks are parked on the lot. Many corners have barely enough room to maneuver around without possible collision with another vehicle. Also, some areas you may have to back out of, due to encroachment in the turning areas., Driving up to the diesel fuel island is almost impossible. There is truck parking encroaching upon the fuel isle and that area itself is small. The area around the fuel island has bad asphalt and is not well maintained.

So way out east of town is the Phillip 66 which has some of the cheapest gas in the Lincoln area and in the whole Eastern end of Nebraska, and this is where I stop when I'm heading out of town back towards Omaha, and it's open late and is spacious and clean and cheap and friendly, and you couldn't really ask for a much better gas station to be honest.

The guy behind the counter was really cool. He let me exchange the rice to the thin noodles, I got 1 Rangoon and 1 chicken egg roll, and my two entrées were beef & broccoli and honey walnut shrimp. This meal was very filling and I am definitely full and close enough to my brothers home. After eating lunch here, I shopped for spinach leaf lettuce, mushrooms, and I came back to Hy-Chi to purchase a $5.00 special spicy California roll to eat for later. I love this supermarket, it is always clean inside and outside. I definitely will keep coming back here as my brother lives so close! They even have different daily specials posted that change often.
