I brought my car in the morning and was met with friendly smiling faces and was made to feel really welcome. Absolute amazing customer service! There was no wait time at all and all I needed to do was hand over my keys and be on my way. I returned at the time that I was told my car would be done by and it was all ready for me and had been finished right on time. When I picked my car up I was completely blown away by the results. My car looks cleaner and better than it did when I first bought it! I have had my car detailed in the past from other places in Lincoln and this place by far did the best job. They even went as far as to clean every little button on my dashboard which most other places did not do. I will definitely be coming back!

I tried to give them $10 as a thanks tip; but they think engine bay cleaning is not a big deal and tip is unnecessary! How nice the people are!

They got that greasy oil stuff all over everything, splatters and drips all over the outside. They only shined the tires facing me as I would walk up to it so that I would think they did a good job. They didn't shampoo the seats or carpets like they said they would. They didn't bother to do more than a simple rinse off of the floor mats, there were still crumbs to brush off of them so how did you clean them. They left hand and finger marks all over everything. Didn't bother to get in the door or seat pockets. Then when I went to pick it up they nickel and dime you for everything after you already agreed on a price for everything. Don't ever go here don't waste your money, they were $10 cheaper than anywhere else in town but that came with 10 times less service and quality, pay a little more for the REAL professionals in town.
