I tried contacting them 5 different times through email and phone calls and get ignored or get told "we'll send your inquiry to the local business to contact you" but they never do. I should have known they were not legit when I signed up for a noon-4 spot and the tech arrived at 8am. The scam is run by their owner, Dana Smith. I've begun contacting organizations to have this place audited for fraud and shut down.
