I had an appointment the following day. Kenny, diagnosed my issue within 10 minutes. Had the replacement part in his van. I went from a cold house to my furnace working quickly. Warm immediately. Come to find out it just need cleaned and serviced and they also moved the intake vent off of a roof that was 110 degrees allowing the system to work much more efficiently. They left everything clean and followed up to ensure we were pleased with the work done. I would absolutely recommend Butler Heating and Air to anyone in the area. In fact, after my experience, I sent them over to do some work at my mothers home. Once again, they were spot on. My 83 year old mother felt very comfortable with them and is pleased with the outcome. She was concerned (and told by another company) that she would need a new HVAC. Butler was able to make some minor repairs and everything is working well now. Saved her literally thousands of dollars. Chris (Oakwood, OH)

He was not able to clarify the details of the contract when I asked him to explain why the details were not listed in the proposal. He said he could hand write the info, that he would be back in touch by the next day. He has not called back, and his inability to answer clear questions about the installation of furnace and air conditioning is troubling. The system would have cost $15,000- so we have gone elsewhere with our business. Keith was unprofessional and would not even clarify why we should buy his system. He wasted our time and his company's time. No thank you!! I will seek a professional person who follows up before I waste another minute waiting for Keith to get back to me. Bad business! Cynthia S.

They were on site on Friday morning, I asked them specifically if they could install a specific Trane system that I wanted to purchase or if they could get me a better price on their system. I had the exact make/model/price of a unit that they could compare with. They promised me they would write it up both ways and have it to me by the end of the day. I give them all of Friday and Saturday with no response and message them Sunday and Monday to see what's going on and get promised by the end of today again. I was lied to again and had to message them again before they finally sent me a quote on Tuesday. It was only at this time that I was told that they couldn't install the unit I wanted and that their "competitively" priced equivalent unit was over 200% the cost of what I told them I was initially looking at. Their eventual quote for their Goodman system was also 20% more expensive than the carrier system that one of the most reviewed and reputable companies in Dayton/Springfield quoted me. I understand that installing third party systems is not common in the industry which is why it was the first thing I asked. It should not take 5 days of leading me on to tell me they can't do it.
