Great care here. Not anything like the VA hospital where the care is low. This place was great and fixed me up. Now I can chew my food!!!

I'm writing this on behalf of my sister. In September of 2025 we had an appointment for my niece to…read moreget work done, she needed a tooth pulled and the dentist was unable to do it. He referred her to an oral surgeon. While we were waiting my sister found out that her insurance was accepted here and got an appointment the following day. Her teeth were not in the best shape and needed a lot of them extracted. She was also going to be fitted with a full denture on top and a partial for the bottom. She got another appointment the following week for the extractions. Everything went great. She had a follow-up 2-3 weeks later and the hopes she would be fitted for her dentures. Nope. She evidently had some bone spurs or something of that nature growing out of the gums. Another appointment a couple weeks later to get that shaved down. A few weeks after that she was able to get impressions done for her dentures, we were now in late November. She was stoked. She was told that her final dentures would take roughly 6-8 weeks or so to be completed. She was expecting them to be ready by February 2026. 5 months in my opinion, is too long to not have teeth. She accepted that, hesitantly. But what other choice did she have. February came and went. Calls unanswered, voicemails unanswered. We found out that they changed business hours and are only opened on Monday and Tuesdays. With her being beyond fed up and frankly pi$&ed off, we decided to go down there. This is mid-March at this point. It was a Tuesday, they should be open. Nope, doors locked. Vehicles are in their parking lot. As we were about to leave a woman opens the door. She proceeds to explain that they are changing ownership and are now collaborating with Compassion Dental. She gave a bunch of nonsense of that they are trying to organize and get through heaps of voicemails and getting everything sorted. She also explained that we should expect a call from them in a couple weeks. We are now at almost another month and a half of waiting on said phone call. 8 long months now, my sister has had no teeth. This is beyond unacceptable, unprofessional and frankly cruel. There is absolutely no excuse for what they have done. They need to make it right. My sister wants her dentures and be done with this bs. Do better Value Dental/Compassion Dental and rectify the injustice you've put my sister and other patients alike through!!

THANK YOU!!…read more Quality/Quantity - My buddy recommended this place. And it did not disappoint. actually I am so happy to finally find a good dentist! My last one, which I never reviewed, was the WORST experience in my entire life. Message me for details, and that was a referral from another friend. I will go back and let her know about your place. Anyway, Dr Flannery is very professional and patient. I am still slightly traumatized from my last NV dentist so I had many questions. He answered them all and gave me full attention and concern. Came back the next week for my teeth cleaning with Candy and again, another very positive experience. NO pain?!?! Thank you again! Lastly, and just as important, the front office team were also very professional. So happy; I am trying to get my wife to start coming here also! I should get a referral bonus, lol. Ambiance - Decent size location. 8 chairs. 4 on the dental side, 4 on the hygienist side. Plenty of mall parking. Open 5 days a week Mondays through Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Fridays from 8am to 1pm. Service - Excellent, see above. Price - I am a cash customer, no health benefits. So $89 for the initial exam and x-rays. $133 for teeth cleaning and fluoride treatment. Reasonable prices. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success while carrying on after Dr Brunelli's retirement.

I never had an issue here before, but today I was surprised at how rude the front desk staff are.read more

I am more than disappointed to have to write this review, unfortunately, I have experienced a…read moreneglect in the customer service from the office. The recent process of dental work that I have had recently has left me looking for another dental office. During my visit in September 2025, I was informed that my bridge was 'failing' and in addition I had a cavity underneath a crown, and in addition to that, an adjacent tooth had to be removed. To me, as a lay person, this sounded like a tremendous amount of work and cost. I felt the office manager or Cercek should have sat down with me and gone over various options. However, I was only given a referral to an oral surgeon for implants. Implants did not seem to be a good option for me after having an appointment with the referral dentist. Aside from the exorbitant cost, the x-ray showed that I would need a 'sinus uplift'. The oral surgeon did not even bother to discuss the fact that I have periodontal disease and how that can sometimes complicate issues and even having the implants 'fail'! On my own, I researched other options such as a partial denture. I was very disappointed that no information or options were given to me by the office. I, again, had to research on my own what would potentially be my reimbursement from the insurance company because Cercek is out of network. I only had $825 left for 2025. In 2026, the maximum reimbursement would be $1,500. Because I did the research, I decided to split the dental work that needed to be done over December 2025 and January 2026. I made an appointment for December 17, 2025 and another for the partial on January 14, 2026 shortly after the September visit. I later found out (at the 17th appointment) that a minimum of 6 weeks is required for healing. From the 17th of 2025 to the 14th 2026 is only 4 weeks! My appointment was moved up one week to the 10th of December, but even still that is not 6 weeks! From my researching, yet again, I found out that healing can take up to 3 months. The fact that the office didn't take the time to help me in scheduling is a gross neglect! Back in 2011 I had the adjacent tooth pulled, the oral surgeon packed the gum with cadaver bone and put in a couple of stiches. The tooth that Cercek pulled had bone loss, and I even asked if there would be bone filled in, and the answer was no with no explanation. No stiches either. Why would I go in for a measurement for a partial denture when my gums/mouth are not completely healed. That makes no sense. So, I called to cancel my appointment for the 14th and to relay these complaints to your office manager. I was told she was in a meeting. Did not receive a call back, so called again and was asked if I could be put on a 'brief hold', which I did. 10 minutes after being on hold, I hung up. Called back yet again and was asked 'what is a good time that the office manager could call you back.' Very, very poor customer service. And this is not even the whole story, but that would require a very very lengthy review.

He was very nice and straight forward. My hygienist was super sweet and super nice! I really liked her! I'm sad to say though that after today I think I might drive across town just to see Dr. Kim and Dr. Branco all the way out in North Valleys because when I was finished with my cleaning and got the good job from the Dentist, I went to the front to check out and was told I had a copay, a bit thrown off because I've never had a copay for a routine cleaning ever in my however many years of going to a dentist religiously twice a year. I even was looking at my benefits app and it says routine cleaning is 100 percent covered. The lady just looked at me and took my credit card without saying anything but then told me after she swiped my card that it was for the cancer screening. I told her that I usually opt out of that because I just don't like paying $10 for them to flash a blue light around my mouth for a few seconds to see if I have cancer. I don't smoke, or chew, or do anything that would make me feel like I need this service. Well, she went ahead and told me that with the other Dr I did do the cancer screening it was the fluoride that I opted out of usually. I just said oh because I was still in shock that they didn't have me sign a paper asking me if I wanted to do this or not like when Dr. Kim and Dr. Branco owned this office. I was always asked if I wanted to do the cancer screening and I would sign a paper saying yes or no. Instead this office just did it without asking and then charged me???? Not cool. Not professional either. Definitely going to report this to the state dental board. They are now called Mountain Peak smiles. So not sure how this will work on the review.
