Went by on a rainy day while out shopping for a 4 wheel drive vehicle for my son. Test drove a 2005…read moreTrailblazer (sale tag says third row seating and we realized later it doesn't have 3rd row) but couldn't drive far because the windshield wipers were torn up and I didn't feel safe. Vehicle ran well from what I could tell so we spoke Larry who explained that it needed some work but would be ready for sale in a few days. We went back on Monday to put down a deposit. On Friday we paid the balance and picked up the vehicle. Owner Mike said that they had the driver door repaired because the lock had not been working correctly. It came with emissions and safety inspections (that I had to pay additional fees for) but the windshield wipers were still falling apart so first stop was to buy new wipers. On our way to get them, the oil pressure gauge was dropping back and forth between 0 and 40 and gauge lights came on and it struggled shifting in high gears. Called and Larry said Mike was gone but he would relay the message and reassured me Mike stands behind his vehicles and would get it taken care of. The next day, Mike called and asked that we drive it some and see if the engine reacted when it happened and to call him Monday and let him know. I took the SUV out to do some shopping. Late in the afternoon, I made a final stop and decided since there were gifts in the back seat I should lock it. Ended up locked out. Called BBC and Larry came and sat in the parking lot of the store until AAA arrived because it was 20 degrees outside, reassuring me the whole time that Mike cares about his customers and will take care of the issues. The next day we dropped it off for them to repair. Went to pick the vehicle back up on Tuesday afternoon and all they did was get the door lock fixed and change out the key fob by repurposing a used one from another trailblazer. My son needed the vehicle so I decided we would take it and call back if issues persistented. Check engine lights were on. Stopped and got codes. 1 for ABS and the other for emissions. Call and let Tyler know and he says he will relay info to Mike because he had already left. (Wish I had that guys work schedule) He calls me on Wednesday and says he's not worried about the ABS light (even though I am because it's my kid driving it) but will fix the other one. I couldn't bring it until the next week (after Christmas) and he said he would call me the next day (Thursday) to schedule the drop off. Almost 2 weeks later and haven't heard a word from Mike. Larry's kindness has been the only positive experience with BBC which is why they got 2 stars instead of 0. I was sold a $4750 vehicle they said had 3rd row seating and doesn't and is turning into a bottomless money pit. Had Mike actually fixed our issues he would be selling us another SUV since my daughter needs one now too but there's no way I'll buy another vehicle from him after all this.

Went in in the market for a truck a couple months ago and was blown away immediately by how upfront…read moreand truthful everyone there was. In my experience, dealerships are always full of vultures that will say anything to sell you a car, but here the employees gave me space and let me look at the lot. When I found a few I liked they answered all of my questions and even recommended I stay away from a couple for one reason or another. Since our purchase they've checked in to make sure we are happy and even offered to make minor repairs on their own dime to make sure we are happy. You guys have a customer for life now and we will be returning in the near future. If you want a new car ir truck this is the place to go for for sure

I wish I could review with negatives, using turds for stars…read more I can't believe the audacity of these people to even ask for a positive review- and yes, they *practically beg for it. The pros? They own cars. The cons? They're lying pieces of human trash. Within a month of buying my paperweight from them, the transmission failed, the rear view camera failed, the exhaust failed- and this is a $10k car? Question. How does a car "pass safety" without a driver's seat belt? Answer. See above- "human trash". I wouldn't buy a soda from these liars. I can't wait to see a McDonald's where they sit because at least McDonald's sells what they claim to sell. Dynamite Deals should be detonated right into prison.

The Valley Park branch of Southern Bus and Mobility (SBM) sold us a new Toyota Sienna Hybrid…read morehandicapped van modified by Vantage Mobility International (VMI) for $81,652.00+$3,228.00 (warranty) -$1000 (rebate) =$85,880.00. The van has had problems continuously since its purchase. It is the first year VMI has produced this conversion for this model, and this is one of the first vehicles of this model modified by them. The design is full of bugs. New warning signs keep showing up every few miles. During the first few weeks, there were warning signs related to hybrid batteries that a Toyota dealer fixed. This took 3 or 4 trips over the first month. Then a sign indicating "Traction Battery Cooling System is not working" appeared. The Toyota dealer indicated they could not find the Traction Battery cooling system in the converted van. VMI may have removed/relocated it. SBM indicated that VMI knows the problem and has already worked out a solution. If VMI knew the problem, why did they not send a recall notice? Anyway, I waited, and SBM implemented the solution, but the warning sign reappeared. Instead of fixing the problem, VMI (through SBM) responded that it is the customer's responsibility to clean the cooling system. They threatened that the customer would be responsible for a fire or any other damage the traction system heating may cause. They sent pages from the standard Toyota Sienna User Manual showing where the cooling system vents are. There are no vents there in the converted van. I returned the pictures of the actual location to the dealer, showing that the vents had been removed. This was five months ago, back in October 2022. We have been waiting for a response since then. We are afraid to drive the vehicle and put my disabled son to danger when there have been so many cases of fire due to batteries getting hot. I want the dealer to take this lemon away and provide a complete refund so that we can buy reliable transportation for our disabled son. SBM is the sole representative of VMI in MO, so this is the only dealer anywhere that will touch this van. Once, the sign appeared when we were in another city, and all dealers refused to work on this van and asked us to take it back to the dealer who sold it. We are now trapped with an expensive "lemon."
