First, the price of the vehicle I was interested in miraculously increased overnight by $1,000 after I had inquired about it via the contact us page. The General Manager would not honor the price I had screenshot from 24 hours prior. Negotiation further failed over a difference of $2,000, but I accepted defeat and was ready to leave when I mentioned that I was looking at a private seller. My salesperson offered to run a Carfax on the private vehicle as a courtesy - which provided him the VIN and seller details. I thought nothing of this until the private seller reached out to me 1 hour later to say he had another offer. Surprise! The offer came from the General Manager at the dealership. He made every attempt to sabotage my private deal after I didn't buy from the lot. Further, he texted me several times asking if I had finalized the private sale and offered to buy the car from me after the deal was done! Yuck, yuck, yuck. Once I left the lot, our business was done. Continuing to communicate was utterly unprofessional. I called the dealership multiple times and left messages to speak with the Dealer Principal and President and NEVER had my calls returned.

I applied the brakes. My car was still shaking $$1900 in my doing the same thing I take it back. They get on one hand and one knee your front brakes or rotors is bad. You need to do that you have my car for three days and you told me it was the rear I paid for it and you changed them my car was still doing the same thing now you're telling me that I have to pay another $600 to do the front they charge me 200 for some cheap brakes the brakes rusted in a month every time I press on them, they squeak and squeal. I can't park on a hill because I keep hearing clicking from my brakes like they're not even set properly when I break or whatever that main break is such a like the car is oh my God never have I ever had a Mercedes-Benz this way until they put their hands on my car and this is my fourth Mercedes-Benz by the way. When I say save your time, save your money and save yourself. Oh wait now I have a check engine light on and I had a shop put it reader or whatever and they told me that the sensor is spontaneously and I don't wanna take my car back up there so now I'm around with a chicken engine light because I'll probably eventually have to pay someone else to redo my front brakes obviously because they're rusted and they sound like crap and probably go through into the whole break job all over again so yeah $2200 wasted the worst experience ever

They where very nice explained to me that when running it through the shop to finish it up it failed but they would have it up and running in the AM. I feel like instead of pushing me out the door with a bad inspection they where honest and upfront. Then a few days passed and it needed a few minor things like a Battery, signal switch and a few little things. To my surprise I received 0 BS about we don't cover this or that or blah blah blah. The usual runaround I have found you get at Buy here pay here lots. Need i not forget they also replaced 2 tires because I complained of road noise. Then a few weeks later went by and I was just about out of my 30 day warranty and I realized my dime light wasn't functioning properly and my front brakes seemed to be making a little grinding. I took my car to my local trusted mechanic at adobos and he said the brakes on the front and the rotors probably had about 6 months left in them. After relaying this information I thought no way they are not going to be a pain in the A**. To my surprise I brought the vehicle in and a few hours later all was good everything has been fixed and then some. I highly recommend kAS to all my family and friends in need of reliable transportation at an affordable price.
