Ernesto and Steve were so responsive and helpful! We had a dripping outside spigot that was always more of an annoyance than it was a big problem. We put a bucket under the drip and used the water for plants. It never amounted to more than one bucket a day for months. But recently the drip got a bit bigger . . . the daily bucket started to overflow. Ernesto came out immediately to assess the issue and patiently explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He also quoted a very reasonable price. A day and time that worked around my schedule was set and confirmed with Steve. Marlon and Eric showed up on time with big smiles. Marlon did a great and efficient job fixing the pipe and spigot. It looks great and works like a dream. It is so difficult to find a good plumber. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. No surcharge on weekends. They came out on Sunday and fixed our dishwasher vent lines. Plus while here they fixed flow for our kitchen faucet. We have had other plumbers try to fix our kitchen faucet but nobody could do it except V-Max Plumbing. Fast service and they showed up when I asked them to. I noticed most reviewers for VMax had minor or medium jobs, but my review will be on a major work done on my home. I had all the old galvanized piping replaced with copper and all the drainage pipes replaced with the latest drains. I also went from a traditional tank water heater to a tank less water heater and I also did a full remodel on my bathroom. Tore the bathroom down to the studs, floor wall and everything. I used Vmax to do all of this work. If Ernesto doesn't specialize in some job you need done, he knows how to connect you to who can do it. Ernesto is the owner and he showed up to my home the first day on time. His price was also reasonable. His crew worked pretty hard on my home. They were very consistent with the time. There were some minor issues after the initial work being done, but Vmax made themselves available 24/7 and came back with no additional charges to complete the work, ensuring it is done right. Too many times i hear of contractors once they are done, they are hard to get a hold of afterwards. Ernesto is passionate about serving his customers and is available 24/7 to answer any questions or fix your problem. Clearly they do not value the time of their customers. I had an appointment scheduled for a large window of time 11-1pm. The technician never showed up. I waited at work until 9:30pm (!!) and did not get regular updates until I finally had to give up and go eat. We rescheduled another appointment for today at 2pm after wasting time waiting yesterday. He did not give a range of time, just 2pm. After 20 min past the appt, I asked when to expect him, and he said it will take another 40 minutes. After yesterday's experience, who knows if he would actually show up. I decided to try them out due to their positive yelp reviews, however I am very very disappointed by their not keeping appointments and the lack of communication. My water heater conked out on Saturday afternoon. I called Ernesto, and he was at my home within hours. He gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. He also connected a portable water heater so I would have hot water until he came back on Monday to make the repairs. His technician, Jonathan Garcia, was there as scheduled first thing Monday morning and did a great job. He ran my husband through the procedure to re-light the pilot in case it ever went out. Woke up to a nightmare pipe leak. Flooded closet with saturated carpet seeping into our hardwood floors. My family and I first thought it was our water heater but then questioned it after the flooded closet. I found Ernesto on Yelp and gave them a call.
