I have honestly never seen a better selection of shellac options for your nails. I love the chrome finish and the marble is so beautiful too! Especially if you're in the Old Banff Coach area, this is a wonderful place to go, but also worth the drive if you live elsewhere!

I've been coming to this nail salon regularly with my husband, but this last experience was very…read moredisappointing. Two days ago, one of my nails was done incorrectly. I asked for it to be made slightly longer because it was too short, but it ended up looking very unnatural and obviously fake. I went back today to have it fixed. While they did redo the nail properly, the issue came when they applied the color. They insisted on using a shade that clearly did not match the rest of my nails. Even after I pointed it out multiple times, they kept insisting it was the same color. On top of that, their attitude was not welcoming. It felt like they were annoyed that I came back to fix something that wasn't done right in the first place. I left with one nail a completely different color and feeling very dissatisfied with both the service and the customer care. Needless to say, neither my husband nor I will be returning.

I didn't want to write this review until I visited multiple times, but they really are great! Everyone is friendly and you can tell they really care about making sure they do a good job every time. The pricing is on par with most other salons, but I would say it's very reasonable for the quality and they never add any hidden charges. They also take walk-ins but I always call first and have never been turned away for a same-day appointment :)

I said yes that's all she needs when she returned her to me out of my nails she waxed her entire face, I was so angry that they did that without consent. MOM kept asking them. What are they doing and they said you need it ...bottom line was all I asked for was an upper lip wax 7.50 compared to the 29 they charged . What 85-year-old woman needs her entire face waxed how ridiculous they just wanted more money. She is a pensioner and had she not been with me. She would not have been able to pay for that herself.T Then there are my nails which look like big lumps at the back where the regrowth is within two days of having them done they are probably the worst nails I have ever had. I was an aesthetician for 37 years and I know, what they are supposed to look like. NEVER GOING BACK

Services can be booked easily over the phone or from their website and they send a reminder text confirming your appointment which is super helpful!! My favourite type of nail service is with the Solar Powder line (see red / green nails in photos attached) which appear like literal glass on your hands, are super durable and are able to be formed to your nail bed into any desired shape. I used a nail extension as a tip then the solar powder on top and the gel colour for the top coat which has helped my otherwise weak nails to grow out while providing reliable beautiful strong nails that I can rely on working with various equipment/machinery/tools and cleaning supplies at my job. They are almost always right on schedule and cause clients to wait long, oftentimes even starting earlier than scheduled if their staff are free and have been willing to book on the same day which was very appreciated when I broke a nail while at work. Their bathroom, furniture, and all equipment/tools are kept super clean and the salon as a whole is tidy and well taken care of. Most times the space is accompanied by diverse music and lively conversations, though you're welcome to listen to your own music/audiobooks/other with your headphones. I personally prefer keeping my sunglasses on during my appointments as the lights and light coloured walls/tables are bright for me which has never been an issue to accommodate.
