I had a massage and Hammam treatment here and I would not recommend it. The Hammam was okay, not…read moregreat. The massage was hands down the worst massage I've ever had. I've gone for many massages, often once a week or every two weeks to a reputable upscale spa downtown, so I do know what a good massage feels like. This massage felt like they had never had any formal training and didn't understand how to knead muscles. I was so unhappy I stopped midway through and left. The masseuse did not ask me why I wanted to leave early. When I was leaving, I had planned to say something to the owner but the masseuse was nearby and I felt uncomfortable. However, I did make a point to call the next day and speak to the owner. I told them my experience and they said they would look into that masseuse's skills etc. I was not offered money back or anything. I discovered multiple bruises on my legs from this massage. The owner is nice but lacking customer service skills I would not recommend this place. There is a better Hammam place in the south that I prefer and I would recommend the Fairmont for massage. And this location sucks.

Her technique at massage is like a thousand tiny invitations to your body to open and breathe. I just tried the RAPID NFR treatment with Carly for the first time this week, and after one treatment I was no longer waking with the pain and stiffness in my back and hips that I had experienced the week prior. It felt soooo good to be able to take a giant grateful breathe in when I woke and feel no pain. Carly is exceptionally kind, professional, knowledgable, and skilled, and I highly recommend her!

AUGUST 6,2024 I went here for a new set of nails my 85-year-old mother came along and I asked if…read moreshe could get a lip wax. The lady looked at me and said just to lip wax. I said yes that's all she needs when she returned her to me out of my nails she waxed her entire face, I was so angry that they did that without consent. MOM kept asking them. What are they doing and they said you need it ...bottom line was all I asked for was an upper lip wax 7.50 compared to the 29 they charged . What 85-year-old woman needs her entire face waxed how ridiculous they just wanted more money. She is a pensioner and had she not been with me. She would not have been able to pay for that herself.T Then there are my nails which look like big lumps at the back where the regrowth is within two days of having them done they are probably the worst nails I have ever had. I was an aesthetician for 37 years and I know, what they are supposed to look like. NEVER GOING BACK
