Before the treatment, I asked questions about the filler being used and I was reassured about it. I agreed to go ahead because I believed the information I was given. Not long after the injections, my face reacted very badly. The swelling was extreme and it didn't feel like a normal reaction. It was scary. I was stressed and genuinely worried about what had been injected into me. When I reached out for answers and support, I did not receive clear explanations. Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down. Please be careful and make sure you know exactly what is being injected into your body before agreeing to anything.

The stylist told me she'd have to charge me an extra $50 in order to upgrade me to full highlights. I was able to upgrade my Groupon from partial to full highlights during my visit and showed her my Groupon upon checking out. She proceeded to still charge me an extra $40 (instead of the $50) even after I purchased the full highlight Groupon. Furthermore, I got home and looked through the job she had done and it was absolutely horrible! The highlights were all over the place and not blended AT ALL and the highlighted strands were all different colors. I called a couple of hours later and asked if I could get the money I paid returned and she refused. Finally, she said she would return the money but then proceeded to call back right away and said she would only return half. I paid $175 with the Groupon cost, the extra $40, plus tip and was only refunded $57. I basically paid the same amount as I would have WITHOUT the Groupon. My hair looks terrible and I will have to spend double what I paid in order to get it fixed. I have never been so unhappy with a salon experience.

I remembered the bad experience I had and the review I wrote on google, and I wanted to re-post my review on yelp to let the community know my experience at this spa because they post on coupon sites frequently. What an awful experience. I bought a voucher on dealfind for $50 that included 45 minute massage, mani, pedi, and eye brow threading. My appointment started half an hour late. The massage was not bad, but it was only 30 minutes and my hair and face got covered in massage oil. She insisted on doing the manicure in the same room as the massage, and insisted that I lie down while she did the manicure. She put a towel on my sweater and used my stomach as the "manicure table". There was only one lamp in the room, and it was flickering and shining right in my face. I looked at my nails after she finished two coats of nail polish and the skin around my nails was covered in polish. She was going to try to clean them up using a pad with polish remover, but I decided to end the appointment and asked her to remove the polish and then left without getting the pedi or eye brow threading. Not willing to risk my eye brows at a place like this. I can't imagine getting laser or microdermabrasion done here. Dealfind / groupon / teambuy / etc buyer beware. Unfortunately there is no chance of a refund for poor service when paying through these companies. This spa is the reason I will never buy an online coupon for a place I have never been before.

The person who greeted me when I first arrived consulted with me in the waiting area!!! Wow, how unprofessional. I would absolutely NOT NOT NOT recommend this business to anyone, friend OR foe, as I feel I have been scammed by a half rate business pretending to be professionals.
