I was stressed and genuinely worried about what had been injected into me. When I reached out for answers and support, I did not receive clear explanations. Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down. The staff size has also been reduced so there is way less availability during the day. The massage therapist I've been seeing is good, but overall I feel the facility is losing ground. The place used to be immaculate and really felt like a spa like experience. I was in there last week, and spa shoes were dirty (they aren't cleaning them between clients - something I've noticed during previous visits), the floor has traces of salt and snow on it whereas it used to always be pristine, the decor is not as sleek as before -- there's a white leather couch that looks kind of tacky and holiday decorations that look the same. I always loved that they sent you away with a cup of hot tea. The tea is still there. I wasn't offered one during my last visit, but the time before was offered one -- so overall it's an inconsistent practice and I feel too silly to ask when not offered. I probably won't be returning once I use up my massage series, unless these new folks up their game soon.

Either they should slash the prices or improve the quality of service, as there are many options in the market elsewhere. Would not recommend wasting money here, even if you have insurance, unless they substantially change their level of service or offer better pricing.

His schooling has taught him well. His soft tissue work is amazing and has increased my ROM through my hips/pelvis. He knows and realizes that a release is not going to happen. He uses gravity and gentle traction to increase my ROM and adjusts/releases as necessary. He's not your Chiro that just does neck, cervical and spine adjustments. He treats your body as individual as you are. Crystal Pellerin is the RMT that I have been introduced to by Dr. Androsoff. She is fantastic!! She quickly found the points of my body where I need "help". I began to have painful stabbing pains through my left pelvis while getting into bed. She researched the possible causes of the pain and worked on them and after a couple of weeks, the stabs of pain were completely non existent and I remain painfree. Crystal has magic hands and knows what parts of the body to focus on. I have been pain-free and massages no longer "hurt", nonetheless a good "hurt". Anytime I come in with a problem Dr. Lawson is able to pinpoint exactly what is wrong and fix it. I would never trust another chiropractor. He doesn't just crack unnecessary joints, and he tells you exactly why he is doing what he is doing. On my last visit, I had asked if I could be squeezed in if possible as I was leaving the country for 10 days and my jaw had seized up completely. Last time this had happened was due to stress, and it had lasted a week. I'm unable to eat when this happens as I can hardly move my jaw. Dr. Lawson saw me within 2 hours of me calling. He did enough work on my jaw and gave me exercises so that my jaw was better within 5 hours and hasn't seized up since. I was also able to eat on my vacation and enjoy my time off :)

This time I am in pain because of an injury and I do have to see her again next week. Unfortunately, the session was far more aggressive than expected and left me in significant pain. Shortly after the treatment with Zandra, I experienced nausea, headaches, and discomfort. These symptoms worsened over the following days, leading me to seek urgent medical care. I was prescribed medication to manage the pain and aid recovery.
