My second visit, I was greeted with "got an appointment?" - by the fellow I had an appointment with and who I had previously seen! I was not impressed with the treatment I received. I absolutely did not feel welcomed. I did tip well, even though the nail fill wasn't great - I was not thanked or asked if I wanted to rebook. A few nails are crooked - I was told "no one will see that but you" What? Who's paying for this? Considering the atmosphere and what I felt was an unwelcoming salon, I will not be going back.

I booked my appointment through their on-line system and it was beyond easy, got an email instantly and confirmed my appointment. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and this wasn't a problem at all. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was told that Kelsey would be with me shortly. The only down side is that there is only 2 chairs in the waiting area and another customer decided she needed the other chair for her purse and coat. However I didn't need to sit down to wait because Kelsey was out to greet me. She took me back and got me set up for my pedicure. She was very professional and even when I told her that my feet are ridiculously ticklish she just smiled and said not a problem. This store is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and professional and to top it all off I got to keep the bottle of nail polish! So happy that this place is close to home so I don't have to make the trek downtown anymore. Can't wait to book another appointment with these great ladies!

I asked for it to be made slightly longer because it was too short, but it ended up looking very unnatural and obviously fake. I went back today to have it fixed. While they did redo the nail properly, the issue came when they applied the color. They insisted on using a shade that clearly did not match the rest of my nails. Even after I pointed it out multiple times, they kept insisting it was the same color. On top of that, their attitude was not welcoming. It felt like they were annoyed that I came back to fix something that wasn't done right in the first place. I left with one nail a completely different color and feeling very dissatisfied with both the service and the customer care. Needless to say, neither my husband nor I will be returning.

Anyways before I could think I had shellac on hands and feet and surprise-$93! New owner and first day apparently so she was up and running around at least 20 times! Barely did my cuticles which was why I went there in the first place. Went back the next day to question the amount because it seemed high with even 15% off and was told about the prices and the shellac. I honestly feel that she played me and pretended not to understand but her grown daughter spoke perfect English so she didn't just arrive a few years ago! I tried to explain that shellac does not work well with my job, and sure enough, 2 weeks later it started to peel. Just my experience and will never return.
