But she told you can bring your own hard bottle in and buy set ups. I gladly returned with my bottle and of course personal lyft driver. Hidden gems for sure, both Teri and this Legion.

My hands shake, when it gets colder, it shakes worse. I used to wear cut off gloves to this game because they kept my hands warm and decreased my shaking and a dealer said he wanted to give me a cup of soup , implying that I guess I look like a homeless person, which is probably true. I wasn't insulted by the comment. It was just insensitive, and I knew he meant no harm by it it. When possible, I sit in the 1 or the 9 seat which is closest to the dealer. I sat in the ninth seat most recently, and I would say fold instead of pushing my cards and the cards are literally next to the dealer and I guess she didn't like that too much because she said something smart about it along the lines of " I guess I'll fold your hand for you. "I said I have a condition that makes my hand shake. It's easier if I just say fold To which she replied, you're not getting any sympathy from me. Nobody wants sympathy. A little empathy would be considerate. It sucks having a disability. It sucks even more that you have to explain yourself. Some of the staff can use some disability sensitivity training. On a good note, All the managers here are really cool and professional. When I asked to exchange my chips to lessen my stack, they help me put it together and of course I always tip. I know my condition can sometimes slow the game down so I tip generously and I am considerate at making fast decisions.

He fails to deliver on promises, has excuse after excuse as to why he can't perform. Since day 1, he promised results, but after talking to the VA, he didn't do anything and still wants to charge $60k to help with something I did all the legwork. Don't let him or his staff fool you into thinking they're helping, they're not. I've seen incompetence, especially in the military, but this takes it to a new level. BEWARE!!!

If you aren't familiar with the VFW, it's a fraternal organization for veterans who have served in a combat theater. It was originally founded for vets to be able to get away from the general public and connect with other vets. They have since begun welcoming the general public when accompanied by a VFW member. I am a proud lifetime member, but my home post was in Germany. So, I came here to check it out and see about transferring my membership. I think everyone has a general idea of what they THINK the VFW would be like...and chances are, they would be completely correct! There is a canteen inside that has a full bar, pool table, dart, shuffle board, and various other activities. The hall also has meeting rooms, offices, kitchen...etc. The decor is far from modern. The grounds of post 8787 has a small race track, some green space, and a large deck. The jukebox is playing anything from oldies to blues and country. At this post...I am the youngster! The people here are friendly and engaging. The Ladies Auxiliary is the first to greet me and we have some great conversations. A few beers in I finally realize something...I realize that THIS is what I've been looking for. I've finally found my community. This place feels like home and I look forward to spending a lot of time here. Be nice to me...maybe I'll let you tag along sometime...:)

Amazing support for someone that has lost a loved one that was active military. These people care…read moreand put together incredible seminars to help those that have experienced huge loss in their lives learn how to deal with grief and moving the next step forward and keeping memories alive. My son passed away October 22, 2016 while he was an active duty marine and it is amazing support to be part of this great group of people that have also lost someone in a similar circumstance and they understand and really care. Well put together classes for those that have lost their loved ones many hears ago and for those that it is more recent. Thank God for this wonderful group of people.
