It is still in excellent shape and all the original parts are still functioning properly. We are in the market for a new one and they are still the lowest price with an excellent track record with us. Ours is a 10x20 Gable. We painted it to match our house colors. I have never had any issues or concerns with it. I will miss it but I recently visited Stor-Mor shed and I am "VERY Impressed" with the numerous shed options. The work bench, loft, and window. Yes, my next shed will have all 3 added features. I am looking forward to this purchase. So, if you are looking for a dependable and durable shed this is it. NO Exceptions!

The numerous callbacks we had were for the substandard materials used on our greenhouse but Brittany scheduled her employees to come back and fix them. They have a quality control department for this business but it appears they need to be more diligent on inspecting the quality of the materials used on a greenhouse or a shed which is why I only gave a 3*. I would recommend this company but be sure you inspect the materials being used if you hire them.

And I love that's he a young entrepreneur, and he's doing a practical job to fix things with his hands to help support himself/ his family and help reduce waste in our disposable mindset culture. And when you talk to him, it becomes clear that he has a generally good attitude and is customer-service oriented. I also greatly appreciated that he was patient with the extra time it took me to take the info he gave me and research more, and ask more questions, etc., to make sure I felt comfortable with the work that would be done, and the end price of $120ish was pretty reasonable, in my opinion, to repair a 10-year old Briggs and Stratton mower engine that had started leaking oil profusely when running and hot. I and my children have now used it a few times to mow the yard and it's working great! it seems a little harder for me to pull the starter cord than it did before, but it could just be me, because the children didn't say anything about anything being challenging in any way. They zipped right through mowing like they usually do. He gave me a heads up that he was in the middle of working on a side by side or something when I dropped it off just before July 4, so it took him a few days to give me an initial estimate. Then it took days before I got back to him with the holiday and visiting my mom elsewhere and everything. once I felt comfortable and paid Sam for the invoice, which he sent electronically through email, it was only a few more days before he told me it was done. A few other places I called were booked out at least a couple weeks before I could even drop it off, and it got checked out and repaired while I was elsewhere, so I wasn't home to mow anyway. And other places' hourly shop rates were definitely more! The whole experience was MUCH better than throwing away an inexpensive and repairable mower and then buying a new mower for 3 or 4 times the price of what I paid for repairs or for that mower when it was new, especially when a new main gasket and new spark plug and sharpened blade breathed new life into my current (basic but reliable) Weed Eater brand mower (yes they made a mower back in the day lol!!!). I had just barely changed the air filter so that wasn't needed. Sam answered all my concerns and gave me time to research others' use or not of RTV on the gasket, explained how his invoicing and payment processes worked in advance, etc. and I got it back cleaner than it's looked in years lol. Overall positive experience and I'll definitely take that or another mower to him in the future for repair or maintenance!

Ed is either not honest or not skilled, possibly both. We bought a new Firman generator that ran…read morerough and died under a load. He diagnosed as sand in the fuel. We use the fuel for all our small equipment - no issues. Sand in the gas is not covered under warranty, but Firman agreed to split the cost by covering new parts and we cover labor. We could live with that. After no call back from Ed for over 3 weeks we finally picked it up to have the exact same issues! Firman agreed to replace our generator due of the horrible service we endured with Ed.

When I arrived at the location on Franklin, can't miss it, Michael who was managing the front desk area was personable and genuine. He was dressed professionally and we joked about my last name especially since it was the same as the day that I was picking up. He went through all the details and I what I liked the most was highlighting all the important details like the QR code for roadside assistance, how much to fill up for gas and when to return it. I got the keys and matched the ID number on the keys to the back of the truck. It was very cleaned and the A/C worked like a Polar Bear's dream. We got a couple of bins Friday night and then the bulk of the moving the following day. We closed out the storage space at the space facility, dropped off the rest of the bins, put some gas in the truck and retuned back to the facility. The team upon the return were efficient and genuine. I was shown what the total was going to be and was immediately emailed with a receipt. When I booked my installation app on the 28th for the 30 at the Overland location, all was good…read moreuntil the 30th around 1012 I missed a call saying it was double booked. It took 3 or 4 calls to get the same person at the U-Haul location on the phone. I opted to get it done at a different (1030 W Franklin) location. I was told I'd be transferred and then hung up on. I had to call back to get details. I called to make sure and was told i could show up at 11 or 1130 if wanted. I show up at 1145, but the installer is at lunch. He didn't bring my vehicle into work on it until 1220. The staff was very friendly, and I was even given a discount for the weight and the issues. For some reason, they only have one installer and he didn't seem to care that he went to lunch and didn't tell anyone anything and just didn't show up until I'm guessing someone contacted him. I appreciate everyone at the Overland U-Haul except for the dude that's apparently the only one that does installs and I'll definitely be the last time that I go that route. Quite beyond not worth it. Also, he zip tied the wiring closest to the connector onto my tow hitch, so there's absolutely no room to pull the connector anywhere so now I have to look under and see how much slack there is if any and cut the zip tie so that there's at least some give. This dude has apparently been doing installs for like 25 years yet he zip ties the wiring so that the connector is basically touching the tow hitch. The only way I could be less happy with the outcome of this is if the installation didn't happen and I had to reschedule again. Again, Amanda, Abigale and Damien and the other gentleman that works there were awesome. Just not the installer. I really hope that he either get spoken to or reprimanded or even fired so that nothing like this happens to someone else.

I called Anne-Marie at Elite and explained our situation. She was understanding and eager to help. Anne-Marie pointed out all of the safety and security features of their storage lot and how by parking our vehicles there we could rest assured that they would be fine overnight (and beyond I suppose if necessary). She went out of her way and met us at the gate and showed us where to park. Anne-Marie also accommodated us the next morning by opening the gate early as we had to cover a lot of miles quickly. She charged us a very fair rate for the night and had us fill out a one day lease which made us feel secure and confident that Elite was a above board operation - which they are. I enthusiastically recommend Elite to travelers in our situation and I suppose if we lived in the Boise/Meridian/Nampa area and had an extra vehicle we would use them again without hesitation. They change their hours on a whim and never bother to update their website. Last time I went to pick up my trailer, their electronic keypad was broken and no one picked up the phone. I called their main line and got some random person in a different state that couldn't even help me get in. It was the only time I could come get it so I had to cancel my trip. On top of that, they raised the rent Twice in 9 months and also managed to damage my trailer while it was parked there! Darcy told me they would check the cameras and investigate. The next day she tells me they won't do anything and I need to file a police report and contact my insurance company if I want to get it fixed. This place is a nightmare! STAY AWAY!!
