After our previous septic service (John Matthes) didn't help us, I called M&B. They immediately got us on the schedule and sent help within hours. Leo was very knowledgeable and found the problem of a clogged pipe and filter. No pumping was necessary and he had the system running in no time. Leo also gave me better maintenance instructions for the future. The bill was a lot less than I expected and they did not charge me for an emergency service as the other company was planning to. Overall, M&B Septic is a great compnay that I will be using from now on.

I had our septic tank pumped out today (11/23/20) and I was very happy with my choice to go with M & S Septics Services. Our technician, Bruce, was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided my wife and I with some suggestions to help improve issues we have had with our septic for several years. We truly appreciated Bruce's work, customer service and expertise. I followed up my service with a call to M & S and spoke with Debbie to relay my conversation with Bruce and to set up additional follow up work. Debbie was also very professional, informative, and extremely personable. I would definitely recommend M & S Septic Services, if you are looking for an honest, professional, efficient company with excellent customer service. The guys came to my house as stated. They stated I needed a new pump and replaced it. After repair, the system was not working. According to Sean, it was the electrical system to the septic that was the issue. My family member made adjustments to the electrical system to make it work. The company still charged $2500 for a pump that was not needed (2 guys, 2 hours). Further, Sean stated there wasn't a warranty on the pump. What????? We looked up the pump (Liberty pump, model # 257 1-1/2; you can buy it on Amazon for $216!) I requested a receipt for a week straight, to date, Sean has not emailed me the receipt. I wonder why?? He said he would send more details in a full report, and we'd receive it 2 days later. 2 days later came and went. I had to call him 5x before he finally picked up 3 days later. Later that night he sent me a 7 sentence report with a doodle of the property, and said he'd send more once he figure out an issue with his software. I made the mistake of paying him before he sent over the full report, because it's been more than 2 weeks since he sent me his doodle and I never heard from him again - though I've sent him multiple emails, texts, and Facebook messages since. Since I didn't have enough details about the septic, I hired someone else to do another inspection. They charged $50 less, gave us many more important details about the system in person, and provided us with an 11 page in-depth report on the same day of inspection. They also texted me back right away whenever I had a question. It was like night and day dealing with these two different companies. It's possible Orange County Septic Services is the right company for certain jobs, but I can't recommend them for septic inspections.

After they had dug the system up they showed me why I was having the problem, outflow pipe full of roots, and then explained how they were going to fix everything. Did all the work and tested before they filled it all back in. Ended up knocking out the whole job in a couple of hours. Great experience from start to finish.

Well, I'm hear to tell you that Brute's stellar reputation remains untarnished over 227 reviews... Our historic home has a barn. After 40 years at the property, we've finally decided to renovate and bring water/sewer to the barn. This was an enormous job, with a trench being dug over ~125 feet, from ground level to around 10 feet, and expanding in width as it deepened, over grass, gardens, driveway... During the week Brute was here, the men arrived on time and often worked long hours. The unearthed soil and rocks were properly dealt with, and despite the deep trench, the surrounding area allowed for ingress/egress and the safety of people and pets. The job was completed without any problems, and the entire area was cleaned and regraded with new topsoil, on which new grass is growing. Three weeks on, and it almost looks like nothing happened. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly. We only wish they offered other services we could hire them for!
