We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

I called on MLK Jr's day around 4pm to get my septic tank pumped and they offered me to come as…read moresoon as Wednesday morning 8 am to 12 pm. Lo and behold, i was woken up around 8:45 am and he was outside at the base of my driveway, at extremely frigid 5 degrees F temperatures, deathly freezing. My dad who rarely likes anyone, having horrible septic pump experiences in the past with them trying to scam or do dishonest work, was on guard, constantly watching Christian's every move like a hawk, and had my mother stalk him through the window, as we have had people throw dirty stuff back into the septic all the time in the past 25 years. Christian went above and beyond, brought the pipe all the way from the street 50-60 feet to our backyard, in cold freezing weather, where even the pipe was jamming up, being frozen and all. He even dug up 4-5 inches around the tank cover, took care of the job in 10-15 minutes, but there was this mud on the bottom that refused to go into the pipe, especially because of this temperature. He again, went above and beyond, and started to use his special rake to try and force it to be sucked up and worked hard and got it all forcefully cleaned. He not only did not charge us for the digging, he did not charge us for the hard work he had to put in to get the huge pile of sludge from off the bottom and in this freezing cold, worked his butt off scraping it till every last drop was cleaned out. My father has never seen such honesty in a man before, especially when others in his position would have pulled their truck all the way into our driveway, simply pumped it while sitting in their warm truck, and then left as quickly as possible to get away from this snowy icy weather. Christian's efforts, honesty, diligence, and can-do-it attitude has won over my cold-hearted parent's icy hearts. The reviews here from ages ago clearly are outdated and is not indicative of who they are now. The 1 star reviews had frightened me some, worrying if it was a mistake, but I was wrong. These are the guys you go to to get things done, they're the guys that'll bend over backwards to make sure they don't leave a job half done. Don't trust the one star reviews or any negative review here really, because I never leave a review, and my dad wanted me to actually leave one for this company and for Christian.
