He walked around to look at the condition of my carpets, explained why I had black stains on the carpet that was close to the baseboard, and what I could reasonable expect in terms of cleaning those areas. After Lee finished, I immediately scheduled for the rest of the carpet as well as my sectional and kitchen chairs to be cleaned a month later. My carpets look clean and my entire home smells so fresh. But I must say my carpets feel softer and softer as the days go by. It is an absolute pleasure to walk on them.
