Do not use this company…read more John thinks he knows everything about everything and was not willing to listen to his me, my wife or his own employees, who he treated like crap in front of me. Strike 1!!! The quality of the prep work was horrible. I never meet a painter would not use caulk to fill in gaps in the seams. He theory was to add lots of paint to fill them in and of course the paint cracked and I had to do it the right way. Also we had to fight with him to fix a gouge that his crew made. He claimed it was there before they started working but when I showed him the before photo with no gouge he still put up an argument. Strike 2!!! Estimate of job was 2-3 days. We didn't have the use of our kitchen for 7 days and didn't get our cabinet doors back for another week. Strike 3!!! This guy is out of here.

Scheduling my job: Joan is an all-star. She handles the invoices and scheduling. She got all of my questions answered, was flexible with me on timing, helped me understand what to order, and sought answers for me about some challenges with the previously completed by another company wall. Her communication was quick, detailed, and kind. I can't stress how important basic kindness is and was the reason I went with PRP. Another company quoted me lower after I'd already started talking to Joan and I didn't pursue it because I was so impressed with her level of care. Fitting me in: I travel for work and was seeking a job to be done quickly. They had the job scheduled to be done within a week despite having pre-scheduled jobs. They managed to fit my project in and were flexible even when I couldn't be. Professionalism and skill: I was immediately at ease meeting the two people who were working on the wall.
