It was repaired and about 8months later it stopped working. Multiple calls and text from my husband got no answer so then I started to call and text and got a response. He said it must be that we are throwing tissue paper or sanitary pads in the toilet, we weren't. I asked if he could take a look or if the warranty for the piece maybe needed to be replaced which he said there is no warranty for it. We would have to buy another or find another company. He eventually came to take a look at it and it was the ballcock that needed replacement, so fine that was paid up and done. Less than 2months it stopped working again. After multiple attempts trying to connect for a follow up (calls, texts or WhatsApp's) there has been absolutely no answer. He was available one time but we had a family emergency and needed to reschedule but no such luck after that getting in touch or him bothering to reach out. It was always he is short staffed, he will reach out with a date or at this point I think he just blocks his contacts. Which doesn't make sense if we are paying him in full for his services. 3 stars at best but I wouldn't recommend anymore.
