Five Stars! Busy Bee Saved Christmas! The one call I'd never imagine to make, our septic tank was completely backed up and overflowing on Christmas Eve 23'. Family of 12 packed into the home and dirty water pouring out of the basement and garage door! It was quite the scene! I called around to four different septic pumping services and, while I got the runaround, none of them were able to assist me for this particular situation on Christmas Eve. I kept searching and stumbled on Busy Bee and Joleen answered and handled my call immediately. Apparently, I wasn't the only emergency in the area and Busy Bee was addressing other emergency calls before me. Joleen passed along my information and they got back to me within 10 minutes and told me they would come directly over with the pump truck and excavator and handle my situation immediately after their current call. Sure enough, the truck arrived within an hour!! Vinny jumped out of the truck with Nicholas and they handled the entire situation immediately. They pumped our septic, fixed the clog, and cleaned up and had the house back and running in no time! We seriously cannot thank this team enough! Extremely kind and knowledgable! Would not recommend! They broke a pipe for the washing machine drain while looking for the septic system. When they were notified about it, they wanted an 85 year old lady to pay for their mistake. These guys are GREAT!!! I had a serious and long-standing problem with my septic system. I had called several different services. Each time the guy came out with a power snake and "snaked" the line, which "fixed" the problem temporarily, but it soon returned. Also, since I use the property primarily on weekends, each charged me a fee for "emergency services", even when I had called them during the week to set up the appointment... Not BUSY BEE!!! I called them in desperation late on a Saturday afternoon. They were there very quickly and solved one problem. I still had problems, and it seemed to be a very poor and insufficient leach field. They fixed that - game me a new leach field - the next weekend. The problem recurred two weeks later. Once again I called late in the afternoon - we had arrived late, Once again Vinny showed up: this time with a camera to put down the line. This time the problem was located: a blockage that would allow most augers through without resistance, which was why snaking the line would work for a while, but which would close up again enough to completely block the line after a few uses. This time Vinny used a massive cutter that completely cleared the 4" pipe to bare metal, or so it seemed in the camera after he ran the cutter through it. Subsequently everything is hunky-dory. He was prompt, or as prompt as he could be if he was on another job. He and his helpers knew what they were doing and weren't afraid to do it. He was willing to stick with the job until it was DONE, I can NOT recommend Busy Bee too highly. His ads and his card says "23-3/4 Hour Service", and that is what you get: SERVICE. read more
