We had a terrible experience and are still awaiting resolution. We are selling our home in Randolph and had hired Wilson to jet seven laterals and the conveyance line to satisfy the buyer's inspection and request. The first team came to complete the job and the technician informed us before leaving that "the system should be good for the next 10-15 years."  Therefore, you can imagine our surprise when we were called by our realtor and told nothing had been done and all lines were still blocked.  We came home and this was visually verified to us via the inspector's camera.  We called Wilson and let them know what happened and they sent another team out the next morning. A different team came out the next morning.  However, the equipment wasn't working properly.  We thoroughly appreciated the honesty and integrity of the technician that came on Wednesday when he informed us that the equipment was not working properly and that they would need to get a different truck or get that equipment repaired. The next day, a different team and trucks were sent and appeared to do the job.  However, during the buyer's reinspection, which we attended and had to pay for as a result of the first failure, two of the laterals weren't sufficiently cleaned.  Despite this, the inspection was able to be completed.  However, it was very embarrassing to us. We contacted Wilson and asked them to remedy this as well as requested reimbursement for the re inspection as it was their company that caused it to need to be done again and have yet to receive any response. read more

You know how you never want to go to the mechanic because they would always break extra things to make more business for themselves? This is this company! For some stupid reason (probably because they were always available) I've been using them for over a year and they'd never be able to solve the problem as to why my lids would be overflowing or why it smelled so bad or even why I needed my affluent filter cleaned out every 2 months even tho we did everything they said to. So I decided to have the whole thing pumped out start from scratch. A month later smell came back. I decide to turn my brain on and switch companies. Turns out they had been inserting the affluent filter backwards the entire time forcing it to clog up therefore we'd need to call them back to clean it constantly.... Brilliant on their part i guess an easy $125. And if it wasn't done on purpose then it just means their techs have no idea what they're doing and should find a new career.. oh also turns out the filter that was in there(the red plastic kind) was recalled about 2-4 months after it was made because this is what was happening. They should've known that and suggested getting a different kind. Also after so many times it overflowed it had so much buildup it couldn't seal properly therefore creating a bad smell. They should've seen that and hosed off the lid before trying to screw it back on. I hired a different company at the recommendation of a friend and low and behold 5 minutes is all it took for this guy to solve the entire situation! read more

I highly recommend Wilson Services! When we sold our house, the septic failed. We called a company that the realtor recommended. They wanted to replace the entire system. I called Wilson. They came right out and were able to make a repair for $3000. Next, when we moved into our new house the septic backed up. I was sure we wouldn't dodge the replacement bullet twice. This is the first time I use Wilson. It was nice to be able to speak to someone one the phone when I called and not have to wait till they returned the call. Also I got an accurate quote over the phone. It was easy to set up an appointment date. The gentleman that came to pump the tank out was very polite. first, my septic tank was full, and i needed it pumped the same day, when i called multiple companies, all were too busy, and couldn`t get to me that day, but if i really wanted them to come the same day, i would have to pay an extra emergency service charge, anywhere from $300-$500 depending on the company, one big company didn`t even call back!! but when i called wilson services the lady told me she would check, she called back in 15 minutes, and told me that she could get someone out to me that day, " no extra fee " very prompt, professional service, very honest, reliable, and nice people to deal with. had me up, and running by noon the same day!!! i highly recommend this company, and the people that made it great. thank you once more. read more
