The worst post office service in the world!! I had a package delivered from New Jersey to Driver the tracking said it was out for delivery. It was sent back to New Jersey instead of being delivered to my address. Since that time I've reached out to the US Postal Service and got a claim number but haven't heard anything else. I shipped a package 2 weeks ago, and according to the tracker, it has been making the rounds between the downtown office, the Driver office and Richmond. It's made this loop several times already and is supposed to be in the Driver office now, but can't get a call through. The downtown office had spoken to someone in Driver about a week ago to let them know when it comes through to stop it and hold it for me. It still went back to Richmond. read more

I wish I could give this review negative 100 stars. I have had the most absolute worst customer service from the people working in this office. On multiple occasions my mail, including my pay stubs, have been delivered a few days late. I also never received a package back in September 2023 and over a month later a fellow resident stopped by to give me my mail. And once again tonight, my package said it was out for delivery at 9am Jan 2, 2024, and I waited and waited and it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm. I never got it then at 10:30pm I received an email that says "No Access To Delivery Location." And that delivery was attempted at 10:03pm, yet I was home at this time and never heard anybody at the door. This is absolute bullshit. They didn't even attempt to deliver my package. Then says, "they ran into an issue." I swear I've never had such an issue with any other postal service in my life. I've tried calling dozens of times in the past months to ask about my package not being delivered and literally nobody will answer the phone. I have had to leave work early just to go to the office itself and I called them while waiting inside and literally nobody answered the call. Everyone in that place needs to be fired ASAP. read more

Located on a dangerous stretch of road with frequent accidents. If you must go to a post office, use the Carrollton post office instead, 15108 Carrollton Blvd. You can buy stamps and money orders from many grocery stores. You can compute postage at usps.com and print Priority Mail postage labels using Avery template 5126. read more

Who closes for lunch when most people need to do business during LUNCH. Especially when they close at 4:30.

There's only 1 worker behind the desk, there's never enough parking, wait is always so long, they're closed for an hour for lunch- just awful. Go to Joliff instead. read more

I moved to this area in November '21. Since then I have had 8 packages delivered some else!! Several of those packages I wasn't able to track down and never received them. Every time I go to complain they tell me the usual person isn't doing the route. Which seems to just be the lie they use. I have to start getting my packages delivered to my mothers house so I know I can get them and she lives in a different city!!! read more

Although I totally detest the US Postal Service these days, this location is not so bad. I went there today expecting them to be just coming off their lunch. Surprisingly, they dont close for lunch break anymore. Shocker! So now their amazing hours are from 10-4:30. Groundbreaking. Sense my sarcasm. Almost forgot that I hate this parking lot. I think 3 handicap spots and about 5 regular spots. Sometime people have to park out on the road and walk across the lanes of traffic. I just about bottomed out my sweet ride in the endless pot holes in the lot. They typically have one line open and they are like every other post office that I have run across except that the ladies at the front desk are friendly. Excellent customer service by Piccola. I showed up 10 min before closing with an overnight letter, a package to Canada, and two international letters. Piccola was efficient, professional, and skilled and did not flinch when we went beyond closing time. Impressive customer service for a USPS. read more

Ugh this post office! They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I have had mixed experiences coming into the office however I am rarely able to because I work a usual 8-5 job and their hours do not accommodate this, most post offices do not. In person, everyone has always been kind and helpful the service is just slow. However now that I have moved out of town and have to forward my mail I needed to contact this office to figure out where my packages had gone. A friend had gone by my house to retrieve my mail and packages after I had been out of town close to one week. There was nothing there and I had tracking numbers saying multiple packages had been delivered. I have called the office no less than 15 times and I promise that is no exaggeration and no one answers. There is not even a help menu or an option to leave a message. I have forwarded my mail to my new address and was told by customer service (800 number) that everything would be taken from my mailbox and sent to my new address. I just received a notification that the package that was supposedly going to be forwarded to my new address is now again out for delivery in Suffolk. If I could ever get in touch with this office I could sort this out. They never answer their phone and take an hour off for lunch. Don't go here and I'm sorry if this is your designated office. read more
