Good thing my glass item was inside a bubble tube as I call it. I don't know where they get these unprofessional folks from. I heard it hit the garage when it was dropped. I want to highlight a very special postwoman/lady name Mrs. Charlie Jackson who drives truck # 32…read more I moved her from Alaska about two years ago back and forth, changed my address a few times. That can be confusing. I went from one unit to another, same complex apartment though. Every time she made sure, I had my mail even when it went to the wrong apartment by other reps. She provides outstanding customer service by going above and beyond what's expected, consistently. I have NEVER in my 50 plus years receive stellar service she provides. The mail flow is definitely off when she doesn't work. Mrs. Jackson carries the biggest and friendliest smile like every time you see her even in extreme weather conditions when it's very hot or very cold. Our mail never gets mixed up when she is on duty. The holiday seasons makes me nervous as theft increases but when she is working it's never been an issue. She pays close attention to details and knows her customers. This is useful when our mail gets mixed up when she is off. The way she goes up and down these stairs is also impressive. Before I moved back to Alaska, I wanted to say thank you ma'am for being as amazing as you have been consistently for the past two years of me living here. You absolutely feel like family to us. My kids and I had at one time three different units and she knew them all and aways made sure we had our mail/packages when mixed up. Thank you and you will be greatly missed.

So, after renting the Minivan, I stopped here, I hoped of getting the issue resolved in person. But, alas, and as honestly expected, the clerk was unable to do anything about it. So, I will have to call them and complain. However, I did buy a book of stamps anyway, as I was completely out of them.

We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed." Mind you, this is a very well known business in Milledgeville, with not one, but two delivery locations of which USPS delivers to every single day, Monday-Friday. How could you not access the delivery location? We are in dire need of the products to be delivered to meet a schedule, and today, 8/21, the package still has not been delivered. I called the 800 number and held for an ungodly amount of time. I've called the Milledgeville office 7 times and no one will answer the phone. I am highly perturbed at the lack of service from our post office. Maybe I should apply for Post Master, as I can't find any information on who that is either.

Exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find, so when you experience it, it's important…read moreto recognize it! My sister Tiffany and I stopped by this post office in Macon, GA to mail a large number of envelopes, and we were running out of time. JoAnna noticed we were trying to get everything finished and, without hesitation, came over to help us place stamps on our envelopes. She didn't have to do that, but her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help meant more than she probably realizes. She was so selfless, understanding, cheerful, and caring. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we got everything mailed on time, and we are incredibly grateful. It's rare to see someone step in with such a positive attitude simply because they want to help another person. I'd also like to recognize her colleague who assisted me while I purchased the stamps. She greeted me with a warm smile, was friendly, pleasant, and professional, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you both for reminding us what outstanding customer service looks like. JoAnna, your kindness did not go unnoticed, and you made our day! Macon is fortunate to have such caring employees serving the community. Five stars all the way!

So I had an issue and raised a complaint to the corporate post office because the Rocky Creek…read morelocation is not near my house and I work during those hours. The complaint was sent by the corporate (1800 number) to the local Post office at Rocky Creek. That location only has one customer service rep (FG). She is the one that answers and resolves the complaints. FG was not helpful and was very dismissive of my issue. When I asked to speak with someone else she said she was the only person and she didn't have a boss (like What???). I then sent my complaint about FG to corporate to see if someone else could help me. My complaint went directly to FG. FG called me to discuss my complaint about her and my issue (that she didn't resolve)! Basically if you have a customer complaint FG is the only option if you use the corporate website. If you have an issue and FG won't help you you will need to go up to the location or try to get someone else on the phone. I was able to resolve my issue by submitting an additional request asking to speak to a senior person that could help, but this whole thing took a lot of time. Hopefully this will save you some time and you can avoid my mistakes.

I need a P.O. Box for some stuff that I don't want coming directly to my apt address…read more So, I took to the Internet, and found this P.O., which is actually a bit closer to me b than the Mville office is. As with most small town P.O.s, I had a little bit of a wait. But, the clerks are quite nice. And, after filling out an application, and presenting 2 ID's (roll eyes, as a state issued D/L is not enough), I got the keys to the box. And, a 6 month rental for the smallest box is $30.00 + a $6.00 key deposit. And, after a minute of hunting for the box (no logical layout, while the box numbers are vertically positioned, the boxes read out right to left), neither key worked! :-o Hence, the 4 Star rating. So, back in to the clerk, and another wait of 5 minutes. I also decided to pick up some Holiday stamps while waiting. However, despite the small size, it's a clean facility in a nice part of town.
