It's become a tradition that my sister and I visit here at least once a year when I'm in town. We…read morebrowse , buy too many books, and get a tasty beverage. The drink wait is long but there is only one barista and the drinks are pretty involved so it's understandable. I hesitate to call some of the coffee since my very favorite is the "FRAPPE that must not be named" (LOL) and it's straight up a chocolate milkshake with a shot of espresso. Hint: if you are caffeine intolerant like me, they can make it decaf!!! Now for the books...they truly have a wonderful selection. And I'm not sure who does their displays but they are very talented and funny. I really enjoy walking around and finding new books. Of course, my absolute favorite section is the bargain area...Such good deals! My sister is part of their millionaire club so when we go to check out, I let her buy mine as well (I venmo her :)) The last two times we've gone, the cashier has reminded us about the online coupons and help us naviagate their website to save us some money. VERY nice of them. This last time my sister and I got 3 books each for a little over $40! I was also very happy to see a lot of people in this store, we should all frequent brick and mortar stores more often. This whole shopping center is nice with lots of fun stores. Easy to spend the day shopping here.

Decided to stop by Books-A-Million to search for the manga I've been looking for. Luckily, they had…read morevolume one and two! I got the first book. The selection of manage is quite impressive. They even had Spirited Away!!! There's also lots of Funko Pops if you're into that!

I've always been scared of going into government operated places because the employees from my…read moreexperience, never seem to care about you. Well this experience further proved my reasons. First of all, the NUMBER that is listed on the website DOES NOT EVEN WORK because it does not even exist! I asked the employees why does that even exist on the website? So don't bother trying to call for any questions. I walked into the building and informed them that I was trying to renew my driver's license, they redirected me to the desk a couple of seats over and I sit down face-to-face with another employee. The employee proceeds to not helping me but yelling across desks and complaining about how customers are leaving trash when they leave? Very and rude and unprofessional to be discussing non work related topics when the customer is right in front of you, this lasted about 3 MINUTES before she proceeded to assist me. Next, the lady didn't even inform when that the picture was being taken! This is a huge one for people when they to the DDS! I asked to retake it but she said she couldn't go back, which I highly doubt she was telling the truth since people always ask for retakes! As the lady is scanning all my information into the printer, another employee caught scanning into the wrong file, the lady proceeded to laugh and said, "sorry, I'm in a rush and trying to get off." Really? You're going to say that right in front of the customer that you're slacking on your duties because you're trying to get off early? I was already done by this point and after I left the building, but I realized I accidently left my keys inside so I walked back to the building. However, the doors were locked! What? I immediately checked my time and saw that it was 5:50pm, 10 minutes before closing time and they already locked the doors! I kept knocking on the door but nobody responded but a passing janitor noticed me and opened the door and the employee got my keys. I asked her why the doors were closed when it is not even 6pm yet, she didn't even look me in the eye but just left and locked the doors again. I really hate going to the DDS.
