Walking into this post office I instantly noticed the convenient automated stalls To process mail and other things.. This is in the lobby area You can also get your mail ready for shipping It's a cool area. Stepping inside the main area with the postal workers I grabbed a spot in line The postal workers Told everyone thank you for being patient This is a very nice touch "Can one of you gentlemen give this lady a hand" The postal lady said. There was and older gentleman And only me I rushed to help lift her heavy box onto the counter Happily doing so.. The postal worker thanked me And the people in the line acknowledged the feat I had no idea I would go to the post office and leave Feeling like a better citizen.. My mail needs were taken care of With excellent customer service And heading to the car in the parking lot The older gentleman stopped me To thank me.. My postal experience was legendary. My latest experience, I walk in with a package to ship internationally. I was informed I came after the cut off time which fine I understand. They no longer have the customs forms or any other forms, you have to go to someone at the counter to get one. I know this as it's been that way a while. I go and ask the lady at the counter for one and from the moment I walked up she looked pissed. I just don't think she was having a good day and that had nothing to do with me. I get the form and try to start filling it out and she said the cut off time for international packages was done which I was fine with. As I get ready to leave, she says loudly something about me taking tape which I didn't. I came in with my tape. At this point I'm annoyed and I say I didn't take any tape what made her say that. She starts going off on me and I tell her she was rude from the beginning. She told me not to come back and I think she even gave me the finger. I've seen multiple incidents with rude employees and customers at this location but I didn't think I'd ever encounter that myself. I've worked in customer service so I know how hard it can be. One thing I DO NOT like is unnecessary rudeness. Since I was told not to come back, I won't go there and I also encourage others not to. Go somewhere else even if you have to drive further just so you can have your piece of mind. I don't know how many times people have to complain about this type of treatment before something is done about it. But nothing will probably change.

The teller counters are not your typical type that you see in all banks. Theirs were unique and it reminded me of the Alaska Airline counters in Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. It made me feel comfortable and a little bit more intimate. I've come to this location for several bank transactions. My family and I came by yesterday, 12/27/24 approximately 25 minutes prior to closing. Our business was to open two youth savings account for my niece and nephew. I gifted them $50 each to save for their future. This was to teach them the value of saving money and to learn how to make deposit transactions with a nice teller who was patient. Agent, Millicent was nice and helpful with assisting us with opening their accounts which was done seamlessly. My niece and nephew made their deposits and we went our merry way.

Mind you we had a reservation. There was another lady in there that was somewhat helpful but was unable to provide passport services. All in all, I would not recommend this place for passport photos as the entire experience was poor costumer service wise.

He took care of my postal and made sure my package would get there at the time and I got a good price cut. They also have the Western Union, money orders and check cashing services inside this place next to FedEx. They also rented a small part of the store to a wide selection of cell phone accessories. I am totally satisfied with this place, service and would definitely recommend others to come here.
