They claim they attempted to deliver a package even though we were here. Plus I never received my mail for the day. They are holding my package at the post office so I guess I will be picking it up. read more

OMG! This is the poorly Post Office I have dealt with. I have send packages that never where delivered. Tow weeks ago I send a package I follow up with the trackers number it's said it's at the post office I to follow up they stated that it was delivered. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED MY MOM WAS WAITING FOR THE PASS 4 DAYS. IT NEVER WAS DROP OFF. SHAME ON YOU! read more

Notice left in my mailbox saying no one was available to receive it. THAT'S A LIE! We were home all day. Carrier did not attempt to deliver. No one rang the door bell or knocked. Otherwise, our dogs would have gone crazy barking. Requested redelivery for following day. Received confirmation number. Mail delivered but still no package. Called post office and no one answers. read more

Ms. Tish was very helpful yesterday. I asked for a change of address card, stamps, and other information. She was knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much. read more

The post office is ok I guess considering that you can't never get nobody on the phone considering that the issue is the mail carrier can't get the mail in the right box delivered to your home and you have the app on your phone and Gmail telling you what's coming in especially very important mail. That's how most people personal information gets out there cause they are careless so yes we are very disappointed alot of us Thankfully we have some great neighbors that bring us each of us our right mail but it's not our job and we don't get paid to make sure that people important mail gets in the right address it's the federal law so please make sure they do there job correctly. read more

Horrible service crappy attitudes... the post office used to have pride in what they do... really sad

Need a more effective way to handle customer issues. Always asking people to sign up for informed delivery but y'all never inform me when yall are going to steal my packages and mark them delivered. read more

This post office is horrible!!! They are rude and disrespectful. They continue to struggle to deliver packages to my home. They give ridiculous reasons as to why they can't bring packages to my house. Example, they can't deliver due to weather when there's been no rain for days or they have no access to my house, but they delivered packages the previous day and nothing has changed. They are lazy and don't want to come down my long paved driveway. It's to the point of seeming that they are refusing to deliver my packages. This place is just awful!!! read more

Line snaked out the lobby and they only had 2 workers taking customers. Social distancing was all but impossible. Slow and rude staff. This is my local post office and i hate to walk in the building. read more

United States Post Office - Post Offices Near Me - Warner Robins, Georgia

We shipped a package with some expensive watch and it never has appeared at the destination address. The tracking has not moved since the day it was shipped and it's still with them. They are trying to either steal it or sit on it to play a waiting game. We are going to get cops involved very soon that will come knocking at their door. Hopefully whoever is sitting on this package will send it to it's intended destination. I can't believe the USPS management is taking no notice of this horrible place that's brining bad name to their organization. read more

Ever since they put aside mail delivery to help with the unAmerican coupe service has been non-existent at the Warner Robins usps on Russell Pkway. EVERY single package since then has literally been late arriving (if at all). They've sent packages to Puerto Rico. They've showed packages out for delivery and never delivered them. They've started delivery mail at 8-9 pm! They show packages as delivered, yet they are not here. They just really don't care to get the job done. I guess they don't care if they become nonessential or cancel themselves out. Which is why I use Fedex every chance I get. You should too) read more

Don't trust the closing time. Inaccurate. Maybe they should change it online so it reflects the real one. 6:28pm on a Thursday, couldn't get inside. Wasted my time and gas. read more

I don't know why everyone rated this place 1 star. I've been going for the past 8 months and yeah the line can get long but you can tell they're trying. Idk I like it. read more

Beyond suck! Misdelivers my packages for years and makes me feel like it's my fault. So now I pay for a post office box for their incompetence. "Manager" and I use that title loosely, is a horrible communicator. When I put in a kissing mail claim, they resolve them and assume it's about something it's not even about! I've lost thousands of dollars of packages and checks on the mail. read more

This is for WR,Ga po. Tracking shows my package was out for delivery in WR,Ga at 8:10am. By 8:30 it said it was 3 towns over. They sure are fast when they ship in the wrong direction. I thought I was going to get my package today. But no, incompetence prevails. UPDATE- Last night that town sent it back to macon. Now has red alert like macon just ate it or something. WTF? read more

Why does no one answer the phone at the Warner Robins Post Office? You can call every hour on the hour and no one picks up. It's a joke. So now I will have to go down there again to find out where they delivered my package to...since it was not to me. This will be my second time going, spoke to a supervisor who stated that the carrier who delivered the pkg was off and someone would call me the next day with the information on the pkg. No one called and of course, no one answered the phone number she gave me. i am not a happy person right now. read more

My package never came to my house. If it fits in the mailbox I receive the packages. Over 300 dollars worth of merchandise was delivered to the wrong address. However, I do not think that it was I feel that the delivery/postal worker stole my package. I had to keep opening cases because the post office kept closing my case numbers stating that the issue had been resolved when it had not. This is the worst post office in the United States. If I could make the rating a negative 5 I would. read more

Where's my mail. My carrier bless his heart has problems he puts my meal in other boxes and other people's mail in my box he'll go past our mailbox and not put anything in it 45 seconds later he's in reverse coming back and putting something in my mailbox you put your mail on hold and you get mail and you get your mail off of hold and you don't know where it went. I get my neighbors coffee in the mail expensive Black rifle coffee next thing I know I'm getting my doorbell run by my mail carrier saying that he delivered it by mistake. read more

If you're going to require a mask, make sure your establishment isn't 80 degrees

Ive tried to contact them but they dont answer their phone. My packages are not being delivered even though tracking says they are. I have a locked box in the strip mall where my store is, so they could not be stolen. My mail person delivers my mail to others in our strip mall, and I have received mail for other people in the strip mall (Galleria Suites on Watson Blvd). This is an ongoing issue, so I have my mail diverted to either my home or some other option. If you're going to deliver to businesses, you need to make sure your delivery is observant and precise. This is a government position--my taxes are paying for this--so there should be greater accountability for people taking this important role! read more

Horrible service. The guys here must really hate their job. I went in for a key change request to our apartment and it was like I was asking them to part the Red Sea. There was no kindness or traditional southern hospitality in their tone at all. If you hate your job move on to what makes you happy. I'm seriously considering whether or not to wear a bullet proof vest next time I come here. read more

It never fails, this particular visit I was shipping an item I sold on eBay off. I got to the counter and asked the clerk, what would be the cheapest way to ship this off. She gave me a box and said it would be $13.00 to ship and to go back to fill the label out she handed me. I went to fill the label out and had to stand back in line. When I got to the counter this time I had a male clerk. He gave him the box and label with my product and he said go back and box the item. I went back to box the item and had to wait in line again. Then when I got back to him I asked him what is the easiest cost efficient way to ship items like this, he basically didn't answer my question at all. This experience has done nothing but not value my time and not help me in the future. These individuals clearly don't want to work at the post office and are miserable about it and it shows in the service they provide. If this place can be avoided please save yourself the time and trouble. Worst service ever!!!! read more

The lines are long sometimes, but there is only one post office in Warner Robins now. And they have always sent someone out to help those just dropping off or picking up a package when they get busy. I don't understand the lost packages comment, as I have sold (shipped) and bought on eBay and do a LOT of other online shopping with the exception of overseas customers, have never had a box lost from me and have not had one not come to me. The Postal service gets a bad rep due to the Federal employee thing, but try to deal with the IRS or social security.... The people at this PO are always nice. And no, I've never worked there. I just think people do try to help as best they can and getting my mail everyday deserves more than one star! read more

Details 04/16/2016 They are still losing people packages Warner Robins postal service on Russell parkway is the worst post office, they are contantly losing packages and if they're not losing the packages they are delivering it to the wrong address. And it's not just the packages but its also the mail I get my neighbors mail and I guess they are getting mine but unlike myself I give them their mail but whoever is getting my mail is not giving me mine. When you call to complain this ghetto man name Derek Bowmen answers the phone and is very rude would not allow me to speak with the post master Don Johnson or Don Johnson told his worker's not to bother him with customer complaints and if he told them that he needs to be fired. Derek talks over you and yells he doesn't care about the customers he makes up excuses why the packages and mail are delivered to the wrong address, he tells me that the people who work on Sundays dont like it so they just deliver the packages anywhere, I could not believe he said that and if these lazy mail carrier's dont want to work they need to be fired along with that hood rat Derek and the job given to someone who wants to work. Within one month they manage to lose 3 packages and deliver one to the wrong address. I live on Austin Ave and the illiterate mail carrier delivered my mail to Corder Road according to Derek who says he is a supervisor which he behaves nothing like. Anyway there is another package that appears to be lost. I wish I could sue that post office with all their lazy incompetent workers. The people need to get together and boycott that post office. If they didnt have any customers then maybe they would get their act together or lay off those idiots and get some new people. And Don Johnson if you read this you need to see what your workers are doing and need to be more involved with the customers and not tell your workers to handle it themselves because they cant, thats why you are there as the head man in charge to resolve issues not just chill and collect a check, you're the so called Postmaster then master your postoffice and fire that Derek person and get someone who has better customer service skills. Your post office customer serrvice skills stinks. read more

These people are awesome! They ALWAYS scan my packages and deliver promptly! I had 6 packages stolen from my front door because the mail carrier was too lazy to take my packages to the apartment manager's office like they have requested from USPS over and over. I spoke with Rhonda in person who only wanted me to get out of the office so I wouldn't cry in front of their customers. Among the other things I lost in the packages, my son's clothing from the DAY HE DIED were in the packages. She said someone would call me and it NEVER HAPPENED. I then wrote a plea on all of the Warner Robins Garage Sale pages on Facebook begging for someone to return my baby's things. Even told them they could have everything else. The postmaster Don Johnson reached out to me at that time and asked me to go to the post office. When I went he made it seem like he would help me, but he did not. Let's say I'm still waiting on his phone call. Rhonda told me after the 2nd time I went up there in order to complain I had to file a claim on the website. I can't get past the first page because they want pictures and receipts of the items in the packages. They were all in the packages because I had my personal things from California sent to Georgia. I even asked to just get my money back from mailing the packages. Do you think I have received help from them? No. They just wanted me out of their hair. I tried again to have the rest of my personal property shipped from California and one of my boxes didn't even make it to my house! I am discouraged with the post office and I promise that if there was another option to receive mail I would utilize it. I will never see my son's things again and USPS could care less. I guess I had to take one for the team in order to pay for 2 hours of a mail carriers wages. I guess I will need to take this a step further because they do not believe in making the customer happy. I am not a complainer at all and this is the very first review I have made about any business. Thank you USPS for making me have to grieve a second time for my son! read more
