When I told the employee my story, they rolled their eyes and said the other employee was lazy and didn't do their job. I about pulled out their teeth to get them to find out the status of my claim. They kept telling me that I didn't give it enough time. Could you just check! I still don't have an answer. They told me there's no change of address confirmation letter. No such thing. The attendant understood my urgency and helped me package everything to my satisfaction. It was a rather large package and surprisingly inexpensive to ship. It was a smooth transaction, even though the store was filled with customers and only two attendants providing customer service at the time. I was impressed. They handled all of us with professional care and even made an effort to look up and greet new customers walking in the door. I'm happy to say that my mom got her package the next day and has begun her daily regimen of self-care. The employee who was on the far right of counter was very friendly and sweet to me. I had asked questions since I don't usually visit the post office or mail things so she was able to explain everything I had to know.
