In the light of our world's circumstances, I needed to quickly prepare a care package for mom who lives in Georgia. When I checked-into this UPS location the first thing I said was I needed to make sure my mom gets these things yesterday. The attendant understood my urgency and helped me package everything to my satisfaction. It was a rather large package and surprisingly inexpensive to ship. It was a smooth transaction, even though the store was filled with customers and only two attendants providing customer service at the time. I was impressed. They handled all of us with professional care and even made an effort to look up and greet new customers walking in the door. I'm happy to say that my mom got her package the next day and has begun her daily regimen of self-care. I'd highly recommend this UPS location if you're ever in the area and in need of shipping something. They took care of my needs and met my expectations. Great customer service. read more

The store is not big enough for the amount of customers they get. I went on a Monday and I was standing in line for over 20 mins. Only one person was working and she was not very efficient. Definitely not my favorite ups store to go to. read more

Let me first start by saying I prefer UPS as a shipping company, however this place is absolutely horrible. The workers are very rude. Today I walked in and said Good Afternoon to two of the workers twice, and they just ignored me, took my item, processed it and handed me my receipt by pushing it at me. No one else was in the store either. This is not the first time I've dealt with this horrible place, as I live nearby. I have had poor interactions with them including with a more senior worker that goes by the name of Baby Kong (I believe he's just tired and overworked but that is no excuse to have such poor attitude). He was not there today but two younger kids (a Caucasian girl and an Native American boy). It just goes to show that what starts at the head infects the whole, and this store is the worse store I've even been to in South Florida. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't go here! If you're returning Amazon items go to the Whole Foods down the road, and if you're shipping something just use FedEx or USPS as they're also nearby. Only reason I still popped in here is due to convenience of location, but today was the last straw. The treatment you receive here is not worth your time, and by continuing to do business with them you will just encourage the poor behavior to continue. read more

Big props to Chief at UPS store. I mixed up my items and scans, and realized it 20 mins later. I called the store, and even though they were getting slammed with customers, Chief offered to help me get sorted out. I rushed back to the store, and in between tending to other customers, he took the time to got to the back to get my items sorted out. That's excellent customer service! So I go in to ship a small package. I am told the box will cost $3.50. Okay, seems steep especially when FedEx and USPS just give them to you. Then when I go to pay with my debit card, I am told that they cannot accept any card payment under $5 and I would have to buy something like gum if I didnt have any cash. I understand that POS machines can be expensive but @ $3.50 for a book size box PLUS shipping, you would think they could absorb .0002% to run a debit card. Furthermore, there was NOTHING posted about cash only sales under $5. So is it the Christmas Spirit that has filled me with the feeling of being taken advantage of by the The UPS Store #2329 or their Employee of the Month? Methinks not. The employee with the name tag "Baby Kong" is very rude. Understandably, he is overworked and underpaid, but his attitude is a very poor reflection on UPS. He didn't greet me, ignored my greeting, and didn't respond to my thank you at the end of our transaction. He also threw my items around. Please replace him or retrain. Unbelievable!!! At first I thought I was getting good service and then to my surprise, not the case. I show up with a package for UPS to ship via UPS and ask if they could print the label because I only have it in my mobile phone. After emailing it to them and waiting like 20 min I'm told that it's gonna cost me almost $2 because they printed the label. Wait... what??? It's your label and I'm shipping with you!!! Anyway, wasn't a good experience. So beware... this store is trying to scrape you for anything they can get! read more

They sent my package to the WRONG address and charged me $65. 6 weeks and 3 calls to corporate office later, I STILL don't have my money back. They are TERRIBLE and do not respond to my calls nor have never bothered to call me EVER to let me know what's going on. read more

Can't say that UPS has the cheapest prices, but this specific location always has amazing customer service so this is why I will give it five stars. I come here at the end every semester to turn in my Chegg rental books for FIU and never had a problem. They're always fast, which makes the school errand a lot bearable. It takes around five minutes to pack everything up and to print out the receipt, always with a smile on their face. read more

I downloaded Yelp and signed up just to write this review because I was so disappointed. I walked into this store today looking to print 1 sheet of paper. Before I started, I asked the gentleman how much it would be per sheet to print. He told me 35 cents per page. I said "okay! Let's do it" he responded and told me that I could either email him, or use the computer and print it directly to the printer. I opted for the computer. I was probably using the computer for no longer that 5 minutes (I had difficulty logging into my email, and eventually wasn't able to) but anyways, after I print the 1 sheet of paper that I needed and went to pay the 35 cents I was told it would be. Another gentleman, (not the one I talked to before) ended up charging me $3.00 just for using the computer. He said it was a 15 minute fee.. HOWEVER, I was not even on the computer for more than 5 minutes, and the fee rang up as an HOUR of usage. Can someone explain this to me? Then why was I even given the option to use the computer? I would have just sent the email. I am very upset and disappointed. UPS will never get my business... respectfully :) read more

I went in and waited for 20 minutes while the one person working talked to one customer. After 20 minutes I was told this was going to take a little while longer and I might want to move my car. The guy was either shipping radioactive material or they were just socializing. I will let you choose which one it was.
