A great little store with so much to offer. They have mailboxes, copy service and of course they ship packages. I've always found the staff to be friendly and super helpful. I'm thinking about getting a mailbox here because it's secure and in a convenient location. The price is lower than most places too. The only downfall would be the parking during peak hours. I'm stopped in here many times over the years and the staff always take good care of me every time. They treat packages with special care and everything I've sent has arrived in great condition. read more

I went to this UPS store on 6/17 to return an AT&T WiFi apparatus. The first girl was new and so another person helped her to figure out how to process it. I asked was there anything else I needed to do after they took it, the people working replied "no". I then received notifications from AT&T that they had not received the device for weeks after that. I returned to the store on 6/30 to speak to someone in person and they said well if you brought it here then it will make it there because they have to wait a couple of weeks before sending it out. I have her the number of the barcode of the device. She went to the back to check if it was there and said that it wasn't. I asked her if there was any way to track where the device was, she replied no. I asked her how do they notify AT&T to let them know it has been returned to the store, she did not respond. Instead she asked me if I kept my receipt. I have now been charged $150, thanks to these people not doing their job and In the process blamed me for not having a receipt. read more

Lol they opened 5 minutes late with customers already lined up outside but that's not even the issue. It's their customer service or lack of. The attitude is just wow. Basically just had to return an amazon item and usually never had to pay for the return shipping label. So when the girl told us we had to print our own at their computer and said we would be charged for it, I just said I've never had to at any UPS stores before so I asked her why this one location. The girl responded with "you can just go somewhere else." Lol wut. Her face expression from the beginning was just so angry and obviously doesn't like her job. This was just awful experience. Avoid this location because there are so many other UPS for real. read more

$3-$10 to rent a computer for 15 minutes at UPS to print out a "UPS shipping label!" UPS should print the label at the counter for free, or have a more established printing service similar to what FedEx has to offer. FedEx and UPS both scan barcodes or enter the shipping label number behind the counter. I went across the street, printed the label for 15¢ at FedEx, and returned to UPS to drop off my package. I will definitely choose FedEx any day before going back to UPS. read more

This location is very efficient and fast. The parking may get crazy at times because the plaza gets crowded. Its a very tiny store but if you are just dropping off an item for shipment its good. read more

It has been a while since I haven't encountered a business like this. Welcoming, efficient, reliable, fair. I was in and out in less than five minutes. In those five minutes, I shopped for a box, purchased one, prepared it, opened an account prepared to ship the box and paid. Oh, and all of this, while there were customers and vendors in the store. Came in today with my big boxes ready to ship out with my Amazon label and instructions. The label clearly stated two pieces but store employees would not accept. They said I needed to call Amazon for another label so that each piece had a separate label. Called Amazon and they said the store had no right to refuse. Seemed like the two staff members were just too lazy and indifferent to help me. They offered no other ideas or solutions- unfriendly, unhelpful. Waste of time coming to this place :( read more

The young girl with glasses needs some serious customer service training. She didn't greet me at all, she didn't ask if she could help Me I just started to tell her what I needed. She didn't respond when I explained why I was there nor did she say goodbye or reply when I said "thank you" as I was leaving. Not a peep! I mean, at the very least she should be trained to say "Have a nice day" as customers are leaving the store. read more

This is the best UPS store I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. Austin and Vanessa can solve any problem you have. Madison she is pretty cool too. Convenient location but WAY TO EXPENSIVE. For the convenience of purchasing a postage stamp, they charge $1.00. Since they are not USPS, they charge a hefty upcharge to mail anything through the US postal service. Their UPS prices are pretty high as well. The main convenience is they accept Amazon package returns. read more

Very disappointing experience. I went in to send documents to gain a visa and would have needed to add a return shipping label. The woman who was helping me - obviously in a bad mood- said that the UPS store did not provide that service and didn't offer anymore advice. I went home and did my research and come to find out they do provide it. I even called and another employee confirmed my findings. Will not be returning here for important packages. read more

I just wanted to thank the two employees that were working tonight (11/16). I was stuck in traffic and was rushing to pick up a package and after calling half and hour before closing still bumper to bumper they held out to the last possible second so i can make it to them to receive my package. I had an appointment for fingerprinting at 1:55pm... I got lost trying to find this place because it is not easily seen. I arrived at 2:00pm on the DOT... literally only 5minutes late and when I got here they said the girl who does fingerprinting went to lunch and I had to wait an extra 30 mins... this is terrible customer service.
