(Regular printer paper size, just thicker semi gloss paper) this isn't right there shouldn't be any damage regardless of what is being printed and cut. $.15 a page or $4 a page there shouldn't be damage. This is a basic issue that can be prevented by doing what I said "They need to put some papers on top or something else to protect the others from not having damage."

Other customers began arriving as well. 10 AM rolled around, 10:05, 10:10.... finally at 10:15 AM i left. Store was still closed with no one inside. Additionally, last year I had a very concerning experience after shipping a package from this UPS Store. The day I mailed my item, I brought it in using my own box and asked if they had bubble wrap or any packing materials to better secure it. The associate told me they did not have any shipping supplies available, but he looked around the store and found some paper we could use to fill the empty space inside the box. The package was securely packed IN THE STORE and the associate printed and applied the shipping label while I was standing there. This was a BOSE product that we were sending back for repairs. Unfortunately, somewhere between the store and its destination, the original shipping label appears to have been removed or tampered with and attached to a completely different box. We received an email from BOSE months later with pictures of a completely different box and a "snow machine." This was NOT what we mailed out of this UPS location. I contacted UPS and an investigation was opened but no one ever reached out for remedy or an explanation. Based on their recommendation, I also reached out to the store management which never returned my multiple calls or messages left at the store. While I don't know exactly where the mix-up occurred, this was an incredibly stressful experience involving a valuable shipment where the item was clearly stolen. This experience left me feeling extremely uneasy with this location. While its the most convenient for me, I no longer trust them with valuables and do NOT recommend packing anything at the store where the employee can "see" what's being sent back.

Well, there was a 10 day commitment date to have them delivered to me. I literally cannot get through on the phone to Fedex, the main number. They never connect me to a human. So, I stopped by here to get some answers. The line moved very slow. The woman who helped me was not so helpful. She told me she had no information. I ended up going to someone else because I knew that wasn't true. Why do some employees not want to be helpful? I ended up getting a tracking sheet from a nice and helpful gentleman working there. I had a close friend I trust refer me to BFL printing and let me tell you I was not disappointed.
