A woman leaving upset, stating she would take her business elsewhere due to his rudeness. 2. A couple with a baby and a young child waiting unnecessarily, as Ruben prioritized mail services over passport processing. 3. Two elderly women being spoken to harshly when they approached the counter without realizing they needed to wait in line. Instead of politely redirecting them, he raised his voice and pointed them back in an unnecessarily stern manner, then storming off to the back yelling "I'm tired of these people!". I had a mailing request and wasn't completely sure about the best way to send my letter, but they guided me through the process and made sure everything was done correctly. You can tell they know what they're doing and care about helping people get things right. The ladies is what makes this place cool and reliable. Another perk is the free parking in front. I really appreciated their support, it turned what could've been a confusing errand into a smooth experience. Also, a big plus that they're open on Saturdays until 2 PM, which is super convenient.
