She closes the floor whenever she wants for hours with no reason what so ever and during her whole shift she doesn't let the inmate talk to their family member. She makes racist comments to the people who only speak Spanish. When the inmate are supposed to get commissary, she doesn't give it out. The inmate have to wait till the next shift to get their food. That's being abusive mentally to the inmate. All she's doing is trying to provoke the inmate. Im asking please to anyone who has a family member in there or who has been in this facility please a complain. This is against human rights. especially with knowing that the inmate has to pee and poop on their selves simply because she doesn't want to open the floor even if it's just to use the restroom.
