When I arrived, they checked me in quickly and even escorted me to the right window for service. The office was very clean and organized, so that's an easy five stars. The service was excellent from start to finish -- everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely committed to making the process smooth. The quality of the experience was great too. The instructions online matched what was needed in person, and when I made a small error on my form, the clerk helped me correct it on the spot. The efficiency score, though, takes a small hit. My appointment confirmation never came through by email, and because of that, no one was going to call me over the intercom. Luckily, someone came to get me personally within a minute of sitting down, which made up for it. Still, it shows the system isn't perfect. Lastly, the value of the experience gets four stars. One front-desk clerk got distracted when other customers interrupted us, which slowed things down a bit -- but he was courteous, and I appreciated his effort to get me taken care of once we got back on track. The Post Office in all it's wisdom said they are sending our packages back to the sender because they are too overwhelmed to hand our packages to our freight forwarder. Those categories are food, energy, housing, and transportation. But first let me provide some basic facts about the middle class. a. 89% of American families make less than $125,000 annually, with a take home pay of $94,000 or $7,800 per month b. Wages have risen about 14% since 2020 c. Inflation for the 4 major categories have risen over 30% since 2020 d. A large majority of working America has either eliminated or significantly reduced contribution to their retirement accounts e. The middle class is 'just getting by', so they don't have money to invest in the stock market, so the market being up doesn't benefit the middle class. Food has increased by 27%.... weekly groceries in 2020 were $610 but in 2020 that's now $775. Gas and other energy costs have increased 33%... gas in 2020 cost $131 per month but in 2024 that cost is $175 per month. Housing costs have increased over 38%... plywood is up 137% since 2020 and a 2x4 stud has increased by 65% Transportation has increase by 28% since 2020... tires are up 31%, automotive fluids are up 24%, Insurance is up over 35%, and repair costs have increased by 32% . 2. What will you do to reduce government organization waste and corruption... I want specifics. Let me provide an example of a wasteful government organization... FEMA. FEMA spends $1.50 per gallon for water during emergency response situations and provides literally millions of gallons of water during those emergencies. They were provided a method of providing that same water for $ .30 per gallon, however they completely ignored the opportunity and in fact severely reprimanded the suppliers for even suggesting an alternative idea. Additionally, FEMA will destroy truckloads of 'expired' bottled water during and after emergency situations. We have witnesses who saw FEMA contractors using razor knives to cut open the bottles of water then discarding the empty plastic bottles in local dumpsters.

Being that there is not tight business district like in the Gables, the Trolley traverses the city from South to North and East to West, providing a very valuable service to Middle School and High School students and city commuters while in Doral during their business day. Improvements such as expanding the route to the metro station and including some of the more important parks throughout the route, can certainly add a larger group of riders, but, we'll gladly take what we've got... for now, and keep hoping for the expansion - soon !!!
