Just left from there about an hour ago or so. Got to say the usps technician Mari working there is so rude! She was training another tech and in the process of filling out passport documents I hand try handing her a document and she shoves it away, try asking her a question wouldn't let me speak. She kept raising her voice at me. She was in such a rush and handed me papers to fill out missing items on the passport sheet handed it back to her and she said " are you giving me the correct one for each person" " you are the one responsible for you own document" such a rude nasty person that was in a rush very messy and not organized. She should be fired, that's no way to treat a customer that spent $500 for passport renewals. She canceled the order and asked me to step aside waiting an addition 20 minutes until another gentleman of usps tech by the name of Chris was such a nice person and was very helpful. Such a rude and nasty person Mari was, didn't even have a name tag on, very unprofessional and poor technician. Hopefully she gets fired!!! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. The wait time is always an hour. One person working out front. Super slow. Allowing people who aren't ready to stop The line but packaging their boxes and addressing certified mails. If the people aren't ready move them to the side! This office seriously needs a manager running things these employees are slower than MOLASSES!! Get it together!! read more

I can't personally vouch for the service at this post office. However, I can definitely say that it is notorious for either losing mail or taking weeks to deliver. My business is in Cutler Ridge and I frequently mail checks to my vendors. These take anywhere from 10 to 15 days to be received by them regardless of where they are. This is why people no longer use the USPS. It's best to use ACH or domestic wire transfers. I am done with this. They are the epitome of "snail mail" and will definitely cause credit problems with vendors due to the inexplicable delays. read more

This Post Office is notorious for providing extremely slow and sub-par customer service. Thus, I rarely do any business at this USPS location. Today, however, I was really impressed with the speed and quality of the service I received from Michelle. I showed up with a very large box containing over 30 packages that needed to be sent priority overnight. Michelle was quick, efficient and super friendly. This was the best experience I've had at this Post Office location. I'm giving a 4-star rating SOLELY for Michelle. She was fantastic. Thank you! read more

Omg. So many other better post offices to go to. From the service to the parking lot this place is horrible. Let's start by when you come in. The parking lot is one way. So if you turn right when you see it and are headed east bound you will have to go around the block. When you come in despite it being a blah location it's always packed. Get off to go make the line and fill out some forms. Barely any forms available at the self service area. Oh and I hope your brought your own pen because they have no pens for you to fill out any forms. I always like to check with the attendant I filled out everything correctly. At the end of the day I'm all about electronic email but some things still require paper. So I look to find a return receipt form. None available at the counter. Not to mention they don't have regular envelopes out. Anyway, I make it to an attendant after waiting in line when I ask if everything was done ok and I ask for what I need. She looked so annoyed. I felt like telling her none of the things you just pulled out for me are available to fill out before I got here. I filled out what WAS OUT. needless to say I did what she asked paid and left. She was so rude. Stock up on the necessary things before I have to make the line and maybe the line won't be held up! read more

First time here at the Postal branch. I arrived 2 hours before closing time on a Saturday and they were booming. This place was packed but the line moved at a nice pace. The employees working all seemed to be in a happy mood despite the fact of how busy they were. I was able to watch and listen to the great customer service that was being displayed to each individual customer. My only complaint is that they seemed not to be well stocked in shipping items. But That could be because thy were busy. I will be using this branch more often since I have recently moved to the area. Dropped off a package into the dropbox and the shipping has not been updated. It's been three days. Does anyone actually work here? Do they receive the proper training? And lastly do they even know what they are doing? Not to mention the people of Miami are no better. The mailbox was jammed with packages that were stuffed and that clearly did not fit so in order for me to put my package in I had to move some around and take them out. I was tempted to leave the other packages outside on the sidewalk but I refrained. Enio Navarro was the name on a package that was clearly too big for the drop box. They still shoved it in and ruined it for everyone else after. Smh at the amount of third world citizens here in Miami. They need to leave their third world attitudes and mannerisms at the border. This is America treat others with respect or learn the hard way. The safety of Miami is only an illusion. Once they leave dade county the world is a lot more sophisticated. read more

Edmund is worth a star, all by himself! I enjoyed his friendly face and pleasant Jamaican accent (gosh I hope I'm not wrong and that he's from Trinidad) as he harassed/helped me this Monday morning. The other star they earned by having plenty of supplies in the supply corner. This post office has improved. And you must give credit when credit is due. It might even be more than three stars, I'll have to come back some more to see if this is the new norm, or a freakishly good Monday morning. read more

This is actually the best post office I have been to. Although it is usually VERY busy, the staff is great and actually entertaining. As we all know, if you have to wait in line, you might as well make the most of it. The team there is great and they are always trying to help out everyone as quickly as possible. There is a separate line to pick up mail so you don't have to wait in the regular line. Also, if you have small packages, you can use the machine on the outside and do it yourself. The staff is also available to help you figure it out. Dress yourself with patience on any day at the post office! But if you're going to wait, you should choose a place where the staff make it fun! This place has got to be the most unprofessional, dirty and rude government place I have ever visit. The employees are nasty towards customers, they don't have supplies needed by customer who actually pay for these services and when you ask they are nasty to you. Good Customer service goes a long way and for a business who is struggling with keeping the place clean and with the amount of traffic they have you would think they would be nicer. If the USPS is losing money, then I have a fix. Charge admission to the branches. If you enjoy people watching or people listening, then this is a dollar worthy source of entertainment. It begins in the lobby or parking lot if you will. There is typically a doorman out front that works for tips. His job is to greet you and usher you inside. He is quite proficient at this task of expediting the entry process. And on occasion you grab a snack out front here too. Sometimes in the way of a candy bar. And once I swear I saw an arepa stand. The lobby area is also where you want to touch up your hair and make-up. Prolific use of hair sprays and teasing combs are distracting to audience members. So please do this in the confined space of your Ford 4x4. Be cautious though, the hair spray can be used to remove your "Guns don't kill people, I kill people" bumper sticker, Darlene. Once inside you feel like actor yourself in the show. Like an improv player with government issued cameras focused on you. Sure there's more garbage next to the trash can than in it. And there's that clicking sound that comes from behind the asbestos quarried ceiling tile. But this is one theater where you don't want Nokia ring silenced. Had it been, I might have missed the dissertation on the idiosyncrasies between the USPS and Canada Post, our northern counterpart. Suffice it to say that this encounter did not easily translate between Ebonics and Spanglish. Words like blouse and huh do not seem convert effectively. So, like a passerby to a street performer, I stood at the next counter and listened in until the UN translator arrived. I have been here twice in the past two weeks, a double feature I like to think. The service has been relatively quick and friendly too. The staff seems to know and enjoy the fact they get to wait on degenerate thespians. And thank God it was quick. Darlene came in behind me with a Pig-Pen cloud of Suave hanging around her. If her firearm went off, it would have been an explosive finale. read more

My genius boyfriend ordered something on amazon and mistakenly noted the wrong shipping address. After we realized his mistake we tried to retrieve our package from the house it was sent to but they had already sent the package back. So we came here and they literally went out of their way to help us find the package. They took down our number and followed up when it appeared. I'm happy, I got my shoes lol and they actually cared! They're friendly and awesome. read more

What's the fastest way to get incredibly angry in life? Entering this post office. Clearly there's no management here. Try calling this place. You know what? Don't waste your time! I called several times each ringing session lasting 30minutes, an hour... (I really wanted to see if they'd pick up) They will NEVER answer this phone. In fact, when I entered the store I tested it to see if I can even hear a ring in the store as I call.. Nope- no ringing heard anywhere in the store. They advertise a phone number, I wonder where that phone is really located? All 4 employees here seem to be robots. Wait a minute, I think a robot actually has more customer service skills than these people. They are All monotoned, No one looks you in the eye, no one greets you, no one cares about anything here and they just walk away when you talk and shrug there shoulders when you ask a question. They don't even respond when the customer actually does their job and says "bye, have a nice day". This place is depressing honestly. No color, no life, no supplies, no smiles, no nothing! Just gray and gloomy with employees that seem to all hate their lives. read more

I requested a pick up twice from this Postal Service and when I got my mail delivery they refused twice to pick up my box and yet I got an email saying my package was successfully picked up. I am a very busy person, I have my own side online business, so I rely on USPS Postal Service to pick up my packages on time and ship it. I don't have time to actually go to the Postal Service to have a dropped off, I expect USPS Postal Service to do your jobs correctly and on time. Today I went to the Postal Service because I had no choice but to drop it off and luckily I wasn't busy today. Whenever I go to the post office with my husband I always see Michelle there. She is such a sweetheart and was so willing to help me when my father sent a cookbook to the wrong address. My poor mother and father are so old and got my husband and I's address wrong, so michelle was willing to help us go through the returned mail to see if the book was there. She asked for my number so she could assist me later on in the evening. She's so so sweet! I don't know why this post office has such bad reviews the employees there are always so kind to me and other people I see who are sending letters or packages. I've been to other post offices before, this one is actually the best so far. read more

This is the worst post office ever. The employees always have attitudes like we bother them. Today after 20 years of paying my p.o.box which mind you i started at $48.00 a year. Now i went to pay $82.00 they rudely told me it went up as of January 27 plus late fees. It was like $142.00 unreal. read more

I hope not all the employees are as miserable as the short haired white woman that "helped" me. This place is miserable. The lines are always extremely long...they move extremely slow...and the employees look and act like they hate working there. I'm sure its not your dream job...but if you don't like having a job then just quit and give your job to someone who actually gives a shit. Even as a business that is located within walking distance, spending over six figures in postage last year, this Post Office couldn't care less and does nothing to help you or to ensure they keep your business. All customers are "problems" for them. If you can avoid using USPS all together, do it. If you must use USPS and you need to physically go to a location, don't pick this one. Most of the reviewers' frustrations are valid, but they are shooting the messenger. The volume of business is not evenly distributed throughout the system. There are office's that seem to not have a soul walk in, such as the Snapper Creek branch. This one is always busy, but we have Mr. Campbell to at least entertain us. read more

If you're looking for laziness and retarded people, well this is the place for you. I had to call corporate to get a hold of the idiot that manages this location and I still was unable to speak with the manager. This all started because the hurricane broke my mailbox from the ground so I screwed it to the tree which was about 15ft back from it's original spot but the cuban mailman with the bowl-haircut was too lazy to walk a few steps to deliver my mail, so after a week of not receiving mail and having packages stolen from amazon by the mailman (we received emails saying no one was home, I saved all the footage on my security cameras showing that he never even stopped at my house), I started the phone games with the usps. Don't waste your time calling directly because they will never answer the phone, I spent 4 hours calling because I work and don't have the time to walk in, they're closed when I'm free. I ended up calling the regional office because I never received a call back from my 2 complaints filed, when regional called with their special phone the lazy lady that works at this location sounded like she was drugged up and didn't let me speak with the manager she told me he'll call me back after his lunch which he took right when I asked for him at 1:26p (I doubt the leader of the lazy isn't the first to take lunch at 12p), so she took my number and guess what it's a week later and the lazyass manager still hasn't called me. I really hope karma pays all these people a visit because there are a lot of people out there that would take the job of 3 of them put together and do a much better job. read more

This is by far the worst Post Office I have ever had to deal with. I am always getting my neighbor's mail and packages delivered to me, and half the time I do not get things that I order, and my mail is not delivered at all. I guess they expect neighbors to deliver my mail to me. They delivered a new phone to the wrong address three weeks ago, and I am out $75.00 because I never got it, but the tracking says he left it on my front porch. The mailman for this neighborhood is totally inept. I cannot call the Post Office that handles my mail, because no one ever picks up the phone there. I have tried many times. It should be against the law to keep delivering my mail to other people. read more

There is not a rating that is low enough for me to place on this site. Disorganized, Unprofessional and down right rude. The mail carrier refuses to bring packages to dwellings that have multiple floors and will leave a slip that states you were not available to receive your package. Even with having a place to put the mail the key that is required to unlock the box is rarely placed to obtain one's packages. I have complained to management numerous times and all they do is pass the buck. The Postmaster has not been helpful either as NO ONE will Return My Call. So over this place. As tax payers we should be able to have the ability to have people who don't want to work removed. read more
