I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience at this post office. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from one of the clerks was not up to standard. The woman who helped me, short haired, had a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude from the moment I approached the counter. Rather than offering assistance or clarifying the process, she seemed irritated by my questions and responded in a condescending tone that made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. I hope this feedback is taken as a constructive reminder of the importance of respectful communication. I'd like to continue using this location, but I do hope the staff is reminded that how they treat people matters. read more

I am astounded to learn that the individual picked up the phone and immediately put it back down to end the call, It is not challenging to answer the phone and respond to a straightforward inquiry. I find this development utterly unbelievable. If you are looking to get your question answered don't be surprise if they do not respond. read more

people here are so rude and will get mad at you for something so simple like its your job to do something so minor and small .

The bald guy with a stank face "Doug" offers horrible customer service. Every single time I drop off a package I pray someone else tends to me. Unfortunately he's always there, and to my luck he's the one to "assist" me. I keep my cool when he makes smart remarks, yet he always finds a way to make me feel incompetent. I truly hope Doug finds peace in life and considers retirement since he hates his job so much. read more

The past two visits I've had the employees have not been very kind. I usually take my aunt with me and translate for her. I feel as if speaking in my native tongue (Spanish) gives the employees fuel to belittle us. I often get treated like a child as the employees "baby talk" for my understanding. I speak fluent English so there's never a need to treat me as if I don't understand what they're saying. Besides being belittled for my native tongue, I've had employees snatch items from my hand. One of the female workers snatched her white out from my hand and said "do you even know how to use it, you're going to break it", as she rolled her eyes. Writing a review probably won't fix their attitudes but I sure hope they see it. If you're reading this, you're a stank ass hoe with poor customer service :) have the day you deserve. read more

This place is hit or miss. Catch them on a good day and all is good. Catch the wrong employee and your visit goes to hell. I came here last week to mail my wedding invitations and asked about hand canceling my envelopes because they were delicate and I didn't want them damaged. A couple of VERY nice clerks allowed me to use the stamp myself so I wouldn't have to pay 15 cents per envelope. I truly appreciated them. Today I came back because I had two more and I caught the worst clerk they have I guess because she said there was no such thing and it doesn't make a difference if it's hand canceled or not. I said well maybe not to you but I was told by the clerks on my previous visit that it will be treated like metered mail and will not go through a machine. She said "that's a lie!" with a stank attitude. I had to woosa before I snapped. I didn't have time for shenanigans. I just said "ok" and took my envelopes back and went to another post office who gladly did it. Why are people so ignorant?! Ughhh Again, go here at your own risk. Some of the clerks are nice. I was always skeptical about this location but it's close so I had to bite the bullet. They lost 11 of my packages before even scanning them so it looks like I never dropped them off. After a bunch of running around it concluded with no help. The manager didn't even try to assist, just told me to tell my customers to stop. Another location ended up telling me about a form I could try to fill out, still resulting in nothing. I had to refund over $200 back to customers. I will never go here again it's too much of a risk with no accountability. read more

I went to drop off my packages and wanted a tracking receipt he refused to give it to me because he didn't think it was important. As a customer I have the right to ask for a receipt. He abused his power because he didn't want to fo his job. I would highly recommend not going here. Doug the employees was so unprofessional and very rude. Quick stop, but impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the fast service. I was in and out which is a big plus at the post office. The window clerk was very nice and greeted me upon entrance. If Im in the area again and need to mail something, I wont hesitate to swing by. read more

I must have come in with about 27 parcels and a few were international. I thought they would hate me for bringing all those packages! I couldn't get my usps login to work at home so I had to take it to the post office to meet my shipping deadline. They were very kind and helpful. I did leave the register halfway through my checkout to allow the clerks to take care of the line. It was getting long. Luckily she took me again and helped me get all my shipments out. They get a bad rap here but honestly they are a busy post office. I appreciate their good customer care. read more

Our mail gets lost so often to the point where I don't know what to do. I've had lost checks more than once and everytime I go and ask for help they're just awfully rude and don't do ANYTHING about it. I've had packages lost and never received. This place is horrible. I would never recommend using this postal office. My package has been missing for almost 24 hours. I asked the workers and they said that they couldn't give it to me there and that I should expect it in the mail. The mailman has passed and left nothing. Rude employees who take forever if they feel like it. And when you go pick up a missed package and ring the bell no one answers for the first 20 mins then when they open they take another 30 just to look for it. If they need more help they should really hire people so that they can speed things along and not be in such a bad mood all the time. read more

Oh. My. Wow. The customer service attendants were arguing in front of everyone as I walked in. They are always rude, except for the older gentleman that works the front. Eeek, kinda scary to think that usps has ended up like this, where their only option was to hire rude, grumpy people. Horrible, just horrible. You never know when they're going to drive up even with tracking. In fact it says my package is still out for delivery despite getting the slip. They are quicker to give you the pink redeliver slip than to give you the actual parcel. read more
