The staff is beyond rude--talking down to customers, raising their voices, and acting like you're an inconvenience for simply asking a question. I was treated with zero respect and spoken to in a humiliating way in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you don't want to deal with people, don't work in a customer-facing job--simple as that. We're literally paying for this service, and this is how customers are treated? No accountability, no courtesy, no basic decency. Management needs to step in because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. Avoid this location if you can. I probably wouldn't come here if you have a lot of questions or need a ton of assistance, but for quickly dropping off mail and standard packages, you should be good to go. Don't make the mistake of thinking they will tape your box shut, I ended up having to buy a roll at a steep price just so I wouldn't waste more time in finding tape in my car or having to come back with it sealed. When you don't have to overnight a shipment, this is the best priced postage option. There's nothing like properly securing your package and sending it ok it's journey than from a authorized post office location.
