If you need a pen, a marker, a piece of tape to make a correction you better keep supplies in your vehicle because again they can't be bothered even when what you need is right there in front of them. Her LinkedIn page states she's also been a caregiver, nurse, etc. and her following LinkedIn statement is definitely NOT her outward persona - she says -- "For over 10 years, I've been helping find their perfect hires and bringing back to light the 'importance of compassion' in the workplace. I also do consulting on how to 'create a thoughtful workspace' teaching how to 'understand cultural differences in the work place' and it's benefits" - she is NOT compassionate nor thoughtful. ZERO STARS I do no write reviews. Today's experience was compelling to do so. The POST MASTER is absolutely awful. Deidra, has no customer service skills whatsoever. She came from the back charging out with an aggressive, confrontational, and extremely adversarial demeanor. Making a complete fool of herself yelling and screaming "get out" I'm the Post Master. She continued to yell in front of all the customers and ordered her staff back to work in a derogatory fashion. Why did she do this? Let me tell you. I went to the post office today after not receiving TWO EXPENSIVE PACKAGES. The first one, tracking stated was left in mailbox, never arrived. I had the vendor send a second one with signature required to the SAME ADDRESS. I received tracking stating my package will soon arrive in a few days at 7 pm. Well this day comes and goes with no arrival. The next day, same thing. This goes on and on for another week. I can clearly see by the tracking that now my package that stated before was in Apex, NC now is roaming with new daily updates saying " USPS has recieved" . . . Ok, where has it gone?? At this point, Apex received my package on June 17th and it's now the 26th. I proceed to the post office and show the teller my tracking. I'm told, your not reading that correctly, the label was created we just have not received it yet. I said, no I can read, it clearly says you did in fact receive it and now its missing. This is the second time. The teller leaves. Loud talking in the back. Very tall man comes out. Brings papers and shows me look here, package is in VA. I said no it's not, I have the current tracking on my phone. He said they didn't receive it. I said yes you did. Someone needs to refund my money. My packages have been stolen, missing, or lost in space. The POST MASTER pushes this man out of the way and says for the first time I've ever heard this, VACANT RETURNED, prove it and GET OUT! Literally proceeded to scream over and over GET OUT! AND ORDERED THE MAN TO ESCORT ME OUT OF THE POST OFFICE. Now, what in the world just happened here?? A package was delivered to the correct post office with NO ADDRESS? I do not think so.... After reading through other countless reviews and based on the REACTION of the staff, POST MASTER, I believe my packages to be stolen. I never thought a day would come that we can not trust the post office. This Post Office needs to be investigated, the Post Master needs to be immediately removed, tampering with or interfering with US MAIL is a Federal Offense. The day when you can not ask your post office to be accountable or provide explanation for multiple missing packages with only being met with irate hostile screaming threatening POST MASTER and staff is a very bad day. Unfortunately, this is the post office that handles package delivery to Apex. You will receive your package maybe half the time. The other half it will disappear or they will send back to the sender as they don't want to deliver. Their latest excuse "Your item was returned to the sender on November 27, 2021 at 10:33 am in APEX, NC 27502 because the address was vacant or the business was no longer operating at the location and no further information was available." The New Hill Post Office offered no help to respond and resolve a problem they created. I received a package and it was delivered to the mailbox. It was too big for my mailbox so it was put in the larger box and a key was left in my mailbox. The key doesn't work and when I called the post office I was told I had to wait till tomorrow. read more

I don't know how to find SETH who works here, but he was probably one of the kindest humans I've met in the longest time. Had a package that I didn't want to get stuck in the Mail Drop...I think the bin was full and I didn't want to jam it for anyone else coming behind me the rest of the day. He was a clearly already off the clock for the day but noticed my angst on what to do :)....went above and beyond to ask if I needed any help and took my pre-paid package all the way around the building package to make sure it made it into the bin. Even though I've had some crummy experiences with the USPS (in general) over the years, I've longed believed in the magic of the United States post office and today kept that magic alive!! I don't know Seth's last name or what he even does for the post office....but if his supervisor is out there...give this dude a raise or a bonus or something!! It's happened twice in the last 6 months. Left town for a month and put in hold request for mail. They still kept delivering everyday. Went in to talk to postmaster and was told she was in but I would have to make an appointment. Called from out of town and was told they would stop the mail. That didn't happen either. We still don't even have a regular delivery person after 6 months I'm going to try to do business online and they can keep delivering junk mail which seems to be all they are good for. read more

They mark packages as delivered when it isn't true. Mail always ends up at neighbors boxes as well. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. Amazon, UPS and FedEx are the only ones which are reliable nowadays. If they can't do their job, quit, and let someone who is willing to work and pays attention to detail. I understand that they probably get a lot of angry people, but the lack of customer service is horrendous. I was openly threatened on a piece of printer paper by the mail lady. Nothing was signed document or dated from the post office. this was in regards to a letter that I left for my neighbor. I've been asked for that specific driver to not be allowed to come down my driveway anymore that all packages can be left at the gate. I ordered hand sanitizer off of Amazon and it was being delivered through the USPS mail. She refused to deliver it. I called the post office. They told me to leave a bin out there so I did the next day she refuses to deliver. the manager that was working April was the worst customer service I have experienced in years. she wouldn't even give me the decency to have a conversation with me. Instead, she was talking to multiple people put me on hold and then answered still talking to other people. She offered no solutions. In my 61 years on this earth - including receiving mail while deployed to the Middle East twice, I have never experienced the level of poor service & incompetence from this post office branch. Today all of our mail boxes were re- keyed (without notice) relocated and mislabeled. Unbelievable- I truly cannot believe someone could be this bad without intent. It is a common problem in our community (Sweetwater) to not receive your mail but get someone else's. Now I can't even get my mail due to the brilliance that decided it made sense to - change , mis label and relocate our mail box without any notice. Isnt gross mishandling of the US mail a crime? Apparently nothing here has changed since my last review 6 mos ago. Again the prepaid postage drop is backed up and improperly working. The lack of common sense here is unbearable. Looks like another phone call to the postmaster is in order. Drain the swamp part 2 coming soon and i still despise the man but its completely fitting here. Apex post office os a rotten, stank, mosquito ridden, flea bitten, gonorrhea spreading swamp! On a better note, we have had a newer mailman who delivers EVERY DAY BEFORE 3PM and even gets our house numbers correct! Possibly the worst post office since mail was delivered on horseback. They have lost more packages than they can count before they run out of fingers and have repeatedly denied any responsibility for it. Today, they put me on hold for over an hour and when I finally got annoyed and hung up and called back, the supervisor (only one who apparently knows how to use the computer) was at lunch. I have moved to Apex for about 4 months. I have lost one mail containing a credit card and one package from amazon. My mailbox needs a key to open. The mail which was stolen was either delivered in wrong mailbox or not delivered at all. The package was the same. I have lived at Sweetwater in Apex for the last 18 months. In that time I have gone 2 months receiving no magazines; normally there are 4 per week, this was last Spring. Now it's happening again. No magazines for the last 2 weeks. Our mail person is a contractor and I firmly believe she has been enjoying my mags. I wrote 3 online complaints last Spring and they fell on deaf ears, no answers to any of them. This time I'm calling the Post Master. I've also lost 4 packages since I've been here. Stealing my things is a federal offense and this time I'm taking action!!!!! This service couldn't be any worse if it tried. This Apex USPS is trash. I've ordered many things from amazon and they always arrive on time but ever since I moved to Apex, NC, this USPS office has been giving me lots of trouble. Whenever this specific USPS gets my package, its guaranteed late by a couple of days or shipped to the wrong address. Best of all, I call amazon, and they can confirm that the package is currently in that specific office (for whatever number of days)... they just fail to deliver on time/correctly. I can even call this office (if they feel like picking up the phone) and I can talk to them. "Hey you have X package?" "Yes we do" "You had it for the last 2 days and I paid extra for overnight shipping, feel like delivering it yet?" This office has already become a joke on NextDoor among neighbors and I am just amazed that this USPS could be so bad. read more

Got 4 new passports from this office. Lady who helped us was very sweet and helpful, BUT when we finally received the passports in the mail, 1 of them was printed with the wrong birthplace. So with limited time, now WE have to pay $70 for a mistake that was made by the clerk, who should have verified the information that SHE wrote. read more

This is a review just for their Mailman who's route is Kelly West Subdivision,.so lazy & incompetent, first time iI've seen a Mailman who never walk to deliver a MAIL. he would maneuver this truck so he won't need to get off, and few times i received boxes that has fragile stuff in it that are broken. He's probably annoyed that he has to get off his lazy bum to walk to our front door so he would just throw it on our porch. On may many occasions, our letters and packages end up in other people's house, and often times we received packages and letters that don't belong to us. Is he that lazy to even read? I tried calling their local office however, no matter what time and day I call it's always busy. I sure hope that the Post Master would see this and do something about this inexcusable behavior of their MAILMAN. read more

Processed an online mail hold and selected to pick up held mail. Went back to pick up mail and after 20 minutes (with my license in hand btw which I wasn't comfortable with) came back and said "nothings there" I said "why, I selected pick up" she said "they don't pay attention to that" This place is useless.
